It is the perfect addition to my unicorn-themed home gym! I love how this wonderful personal sauna literally popped into itself as soon as I unzipped it’s carrying case! I literally didn’t have to assemble the actual sauna because it was ready out of the cute pink bag. Mine didn’t come with instructions so I searched online and figured out how to get it to work. Works as intended. The hood is really nice and the opening for the hands allows me to use my phone. I set it on 7 until steam starts coming out and lower to 3 before getting in. Use a beach chair and fine for a 5-8 person. Just remember that this is steam and don't think you are sweating that much!

This is a well made sauna/steam room it produce heat well. Your body will feel the steam moisture sitting in it. We wrap a dry towel around our head and neck to get full effect of the steam. Does great job of relaxing your muscles. True comment

This product is amazing. I can’t believe how relieving it is after a long day or after exercise. I don’t have any pain so I can’t speak on pain relief but it relaxes your muscles. I compare the experience to spas I have went to that have the steam and sauna. It’s motivating me !

The media could not be loaded. I can only last 30 mins in here!!! It works so good in 2 days I lost 5lb I know it’s all water weight but I’m fine with that. I used it after a work out and felt so relaxed ready to sleep. Drink plenty of water

I really wanted this to be able to sit in and stream but this tent is super tiny. I am 5’6” tall & started with a small outdoor lawn chair, which pushed my shoulders up to high to zip the tent closed. Then I change to a wooden tiki shower stool & it was too high as well. Finally I used a one step stepping stool which is what I was using in this photo. It sits 12” high. So I was not comfortable at all. I do not recommend this tent. The steamer on the other hand is amazing! I have actually used it alone in my shower! Two thumbs up! Remote works great but read the instructions to make sure you’re using it properly. If your going to sit on the floor with crossed legs the tent would work. I have done that, but getting up of the floor wasn’t an experience that I want to repeat. ... show more
