For the price it is tough to beat. Very versatile having 3 attachment points and a comfortable grip material. however, I am not so sure about the sturdiness. It says it can be loaded to 800 pounds, but just doing my reps on a cable/pulley system with around 200 pounds, it feels like it is bending a little after about 10 workouts. And, it is definitely flexing a good bit during use, making me a tad nervous. The perceived residual bend is pretty minimal so far, and since the middle is a joint it is tough to tell if it is indeed staying bent. Only time will tell if it holds up, I suppose. Hoping it does, because I do really like the bar.

I received the WNOEY LAT pull down bar yesterday (6/21/21) and I like it so far. I have an Inspire FTX functional trainer but it came with the bar that connects to the carabiners/weights on each end, and I’m not able to jump to another exercise right away. With this bar, I can switch back and forth without having to unhook the pull down bar since it hooks in the middle and only connects to one side of the functional trainer. The grip is very comfortable and appears to be good quality but not heavy duty as the ones one would find at the commercial gyms. I don’t expect this one to last me decades but for the price, it appears to be good enough for me. I don’t usually do the exercises with heavy weights. Good for the price.

I love this bar. On my cable machine I can use it for presses, pulls, pushes, etc. I found some old YouTube videos that shows you how to work your vote in a variety of different ways with the bar. The fire work comes thru unilateral movements. If you golf, those unilateral movements really help you to condition the muscles needed for golfing motions. I had this product in my wishlist for a year waiting for the price to drop and I'm glad I have it now. The only thing I don't like is the eyelet in the middle can be in the way of I want to doing lying or sitting chest presses.

Generally well constructed/sturdy. Comes in 3 segments that screw together. The balance isn’t great, and the pivot point is not as smooth as one made by Ivanko, etc. Entire length is padded, which is good for grip comfort.
