Very sturdy machine. Easy to assemble via the video and only took me about 4 hours by myself. Function is smooth and really gets the job done. The only downside is that the weights go up in 12 lb. Increments which is a lot for some exercises. Overall, well worth the money.

The size was perfect for my home gym. Did not take up a bunch of space, but you also have the option to purchase add ons if you wanted the extra stuff too. It does take awhile to set up. My husband set this up on his own, and took about 4 hours to set up. He’s good at assembling things though.. I wasn’t even going to attempt it. It does come in several boxes, our first order 2 boxes got lost and we had to re-order, so it did take a while for us to get the product, but getting it re-ordered wasn’t hard. Easy to assemble. Works good and does the job. We purchased a 7x7 shed and gym mats for the floor and then set up the gym inside the shed. Now it's a mini gym area instead of having it in our home. I also bought a bench to go with this setup. Definitely a great buy.

I ordered this product twice due to the first being delivered opened and missing multiple items.. the 2nd arrived in much better shape though was missing a couple required hardware items ( was able to go to LOWES and replace ). Now on to the product review: The instructions are pretty vague so I found the best option was to look @ the images on the AMAZ website and build it according to the visuals especially when it came to the cable routing. After it was put together and tested , I was pretty impressed with it. There was no wobble or lack of sturdiness in the finished product. I bought becuase it was cheaper than comparable machines with less weight. Construction is strong and works very well for my needs. I was ysing dumbbells i ly and this machine allows more of a variity. All parts were encluded and extra bolts/screws were provided just incase. The i stallation manual leave s a lot to be desired, butvtheir is a video on utube that walks you through each step. It took me about 5-6 hours spread across 4 days. Becuase of the 122 pounds encluded vice other models $200 more with only 100 pounds, i believe this is a no brainer. ... show more

This by far has been the Worse building experience ever. It took twelve hours spread out over 3 days to complete, and I have put together many pieces of fitness equipment together over the years, so I’m not a newbie to doing this. Problems: #1 Poor instructions with missing steps (this makes you have to go back and pull it apart to re-build again when you realize it’s wrong). #2 Pre-set holes don’t all line up so you have to drill your own. #3 Their pre-installed parts were put in wrong causing me to have to fix. #4 Missing nuts caused trips to the hardware store. #5 The smell of lead and formaldehyde is strong and may give you headaches (it did to me). #6 After completing it, I found that it is a lot rougher (grinding) than any other cable machine I’ve ever used.
