Bought this for my Treadmill and Elliptical maintenance, worked really well and stopped the squeaky noise that started. I'd recommend using this for any elliptical rails or treadmill decks, probably need to reapply every couple months depending on usage. If you have a chain driven machine, I would recommend White Lightning as an appropriate lubricant. ... show more
