I've been using this machine for over a month, it is giving me a decent workout routine. I had to get away from free weights to due the strain on my joints so I am giving this a try. I must say It dues challenge me a bit and it is giving me what I need at the moment.

I've been working out on it for 4 1/2 months now and have more muscles than I ever had in the past. My body feels awake. I exercise 3 or 4 times a week. Perfect for my wife and I who are in physical therapy and need to have a low impact means of working out. Not the easiest to set up and I would have preferred a much larger foot base. But nothing I can’t modify.

Already mostly assembled. It is a little heavier than I expected. Glad my son in law was there to help me get it out of the box and unfolded. Sturdy built. My wife and I have been using it for 2 weeks, 3 times a week and have already noticed an improvement in flexibility and waist line ( modest improvement) the exercises are fairly simple and easy to adjust the resistance.
