I am very happy with this laptop! This would probably not be a great gaming machine, but I don't use it for that. It setup easily, and I now have Windows 11 installed. Not tasking the system resources very hard, even when pushing it pretty hard with multiple apps running. I'm definitely what you would call a power user, and have been using computers for over 40 years, but the setup was smooth, and Cortana helps talk you through it if you need. Arrived in 24 hours! The pc is fast and great to use. The visuals are clear and I love the size. I am not in love with the keyboard. I felt that the "mouse" section is a little hard to use and the keyboard, itself, takes time to get use to.

This laptop has everything I wanted. The SSD is wicked fast. Loads in seconds, not minutes. Great for gaming, but even better for work. Greatly increased my productivity. Avoid the same mistake me and Steve Darnell did, I initially thought this was a pretty nice laptop with good specs but there appears to be issues with solid state drives and apparently hard drives as well. It appears there is something wrong with the hardware. My computer spontaneously stopped booting on two occasions, one of which was in the middle of while I was using it. In both cases my computer refused to even see the C drive and thus would not boot windows. It spontaneously fixed itself the first time and on the second time, I can see everything by using bootable USB of windows, but for some reason the computer will still refuse to see the drive when I remove my bootable USB and accessed the same drive just a minute earlier. After all my time working with computers this is a new one on me and this entire ordeal is very confusing and now frustrating as I have to go through the process of warranty or returns to even get my 800 dollars worth out of this computer. Profoundly disappointing coming from what I normally consider a trusted company. Steer clear of this product. ... show more

Maybe I am not tech savvy enough but when I buy 1TB device, it is always 1TB and then I would see what was used for the system setup. This device came with 930GB and 30GB I am assuming is for the system setup. It has a buit in battery, I didn't see that in the description. Maybe I missed it, idk but my concern is if the battery goes bad how do i change it? Are there even replacements? This battery thing is hurting my head. And the Dell Service Tag is invalid. But the speed so far is amazing. Display is good, really wished I had seen it was a built it battery. edit Dec. 6 I biggest mistake was not heeding the other reviews. This laptop blacks out and just shuts down in the middle of the middle of using. I didn't start using when I got it except to do the Windows update. Just buy from Dell. ... show more

Straight out of the box plugged in PS, powered on.... immediately gave 4 white LED's and 2 Amber. Looked it up... RAM Failure. I'm returning and buying elsewhere. Never again.
