This bar ended up being far more sturdy, weighty, and just better than I had expected, given the low price. I've included a picture showing the weight, of nearly 5 pounds. There is a drawback to this bar, however. The rotating attach point does not come pre-greased. It felt very rough while doing my exercises. After I finished, I used my grease gun to inject heavy duty grease into the grease/oil hole. This solved the problem and the bar immediately felt smooth during the next workouts. These are great for my home gym, and a good price to get 4 different gym-quality handles. The grip is great, very sturdy and the carabiner hooks are better than the ones on my Marcy Home gym. The only complaint, is these things are solid steel (not aluminum like the ones at the gym.) So they are heavy duty, and heavy to deal with as you switch them out. Not a huge deal for someone in good shape and good hand/grip strength but it may be an issue for older folks who may not have strong hands, as you try to attach them to an overhead cable, maneuver the hook, etc. *If weight of the handle isn't an issue for you, highly recommend, they seem like they'd last forever. ... show more
