The wall anchors are sturdy and work fine. However, only one of the carabiners is usable; the threading on the other one is not clean, so the lock cylinders get stuck and refuse to roll up and down, even after applying WD40.

Purchased these to use with resistance band training for a home gym. Install was very easy with the lag screws provided. Changing out bands is easy with the provided carbine Moving these to new locations is quick/easy. They are out of sight out of mind when not in use. I'm using it for my fitness bands. They even hold when I use multiple bands on the same hook since their weight limit is 900 lbs.

If you look at the picture closely, you could easily go down to the hardware store and buy the parts. But, I like that it was all together, and I didn't have to shop through the nuts and fasteners at the store. I ordered two, one for high mounting and one for lower. I use the attachments for the crossover rubber workout stretch bands, the portable neck traction device, and TRX system. I mounted them easily to the wall in my workout room. These anchors are great for home resistance band training. I’m so excited I finally have these installed.     • Screws broke while drilling into studs. Sharp edges can cut. Overall sturdy though.
I was given drywall screws for some reason. The screws broke while drilling into a stud. The carabiner portion has very sharp edges that can cut me or my equipment if I’m not careful. I will be going to local hardware store to get a better made set. It still gets three stars though because I was able to use some hardwood screws they I had on hand and I was able to install it anyways. I am currently using it and it works.
