The cushions are firm but comfortable, which is nice and durable for our outdoor use. This is our third purchase of the set- our orginal we left with our house we sold, and we now have a set on our indoor porch and one on our patio. Assembly went very smoothly which I will admit I was concerned over but fitment was great with no issues. Family is super pleased with both the look and the comfort level of the set. The fire table is great as well and makes a nice replacement for the wood burning chimenea that had an unfortunate accident during some other upgrade work being done.

Very easy to assemble and very comfortable. Took off a star because we are still waiting for the couch and loveseat. Trying to contact the seller. LOVE the fire table. The seat cushions are firm and very comfortable. So far extrememly happy with this set. Update by the assembler. Well designed set. It is heald together with stainless bolts and washers. the nuts are built into the pieces and all holes lined up perfectly.The only tool required is an allen wrench which is provided. Note; I used my drill with the torque turned down. No cross threading. All pieces are basically the same, 2 sides which are right and left, seat and back which are identical front and back. Instructions were clear, pictures only. For some reason the boxes ship separately. Three different delivery days over the weekend. Boxes were not too heavy but are fairly large if you are a recycler. The cushions are essentially part of the packing. I would have rather had fire glass pellets instead of volcanic rock but thats ok. Comes with the glass wind shield which is a plus. Fire table was also easy to construct. Table in one box, burner in another. No assembly on the burner.CAUTION, burner edges can be sharp. Each piece came with one extra spare, bolts, washers, screws, wingnuts even if you only needed one. 1 hour to assemble furniture, 1/2 hour for table. Christening in progress.

Fast delivery and exactly as pictured. I put the sofa together in about 20 minutes and the table together in about 10 minutes, by myself. Very comfortable to sit on and looks high end. I have not put the other chair together yet as the package was shipped without the nuts to the bolts so I will have to go buy some nuts, but not a big deal to me. Would recommend this product.

The good: At the time I purchased, the price was unbeatable for the number of pieces received. Seating for 7 full sized adults and a table. Assembly was easy enough. The pieces are unbelievably light weight and easy to move around. I don't think you will have a problem with wind blowing them around because it can blow through the frame. Aluminum construction will not rust. The cushions look and feel good. The bad was really bad, but the manufacturer supported the product and replaced the damaged pieces. The bad: The finish is very thin and extremely brittle. It flakes off with the slightest of contact with anything hard surface, including itself. We brushed up against the brick on the house while setting it up, and the scratch in the finish is permanent. However, it does seem to be holding up well with normal use as long as the pieces don't touch each other. The packaging is ridiculously scarce. The pieces can't help but get damaged in transit. I had 6 different components either scratched or dented. Thankfully, the manufacturer support was very good and they replaced all 6 after I provided pictures. The finish has a nice color to it, but the screws that hold it together are a chrome color and stand out. All things considered, I am happy with the purchase. I have been able to keep it from getting any more scratches with normal use. And the value is great.

Timely delivery, albeit in multiple boxes over several days. Very well packed with no chips or dings. Assembly is straight forward, quick & solid. Seat cushions are approx 4in thick - firm & comfortable. Cushions are not waterproof, but are water resistant. Fire table is quite large and taller than a normal coffee table. Fire burns cleanly and generates significant BTUs. Note: this fire table includes lava rock. It does NOT include glass fire beads.

This patio furniture was delivered on time, was packaged well and in great condition. The 2 of us had no problem moving the boxes to our new house because it's so light and my husband had no problem assembling each piece of this set. Seats are very comfortable and in fact we're temporarily using the 2 chairs as living room furniture since we're still looking for furniture after moving into our house. As for chairs, the fabric is good - bottom cushion is nice & firm which I like because it will hold up longer. The back cushions are softer and fluffy - if anyone needs stronger back support I'd suggest adding some filling from any store fabric area, very simple. The arms of the chairs are nice & wide, at the perfect height and very comfortable. I like that you can set your drinks on them instead of having to sit them on the table. The building mgr stopped by last week and sat down on the couch, commenting on how beautiful this set was and wants to order it too. It looks striking on the black&white striped outdoor rug. I LOVE THIS FURNITURE so much more than common wicker sets that start to sag so quickly with very little seat support. Definitely recommend *EDIT 9-27-23 Update: 1) I did NOT rcv this set for free, we bought before I qualified as a vine voice 2. Set is still holding up perfectly and we get alot of compliments on how beautiful it is. Great for entertaining on the large patio
