I have been using CCTV for over a decade on the same system and it still works, NVR and cams however I decided I wanted to upgrade the system a little like having PTZ capability and this system fit the bill perfectly. It is truly plug and play for the cameras to work. The online APP works great too! I am getting a wireless mouse for the system. Note: downloading the app can be a bit of a struggle since it is hard to distinguish what is the actual APP and what is advertising but I don't think this is the sellers fault and more of Google Play's fault and VERY ANNOYING! You have to sign up at the sellers site and the password stuff is a hassle but overall It is all worth it when everything is set up. I now can see what my dog is doing outside and it literally will track his movements. I can view system on my TV and phone and I have Alexa App enabled. It is so worth it. Night Vision is very good and bright! Side Note: I tried one of those Solar Powered Cams and battery drained after three days and solar could not keep up. The cam was nice but small solar panels could be a problem. I am very happy that these are plug in power. Update July 2025: Just purchased another NVR with 4 more cameras. I am really happy with these cameras as they have not failed at all. I now have 10 cameras mostly to track my dog outside. Also Emma is fantastic with customer support if the need arises.

Hard Drive failed after a couple of weeks. Took a couple of days to get a reply. They keep telling me they need more information. Got amazon involved. Amazon was great in helping me. The picture quality is fair to good. Has some good functions on the cameras. Easy set up. No mic. Cannot talk back and forth. Customer service could have been a lot better or I would of given the product 3 stars instead of one star. Sometimes cameras don't move even with a strong signal. Functionality movement of the cameras seem to work better when using the app. times cameras don't

Love these cameras. Had other setups that weren't good quality. With these cameras, you can zoom in and when you zoom in, the picture is unbelievably clear. Most cameras when you zoom, it's all blurry, not with these ones. These cameras are at an unbeatable price. You can't find cameras half this good anywhere else for the price. Another feature I absolutely love, you can move the cameras for viewing right from the comfort of your phone and the NVR. Meaning, you don't need to adjust the cameras by hand. You use the PTZ feature. The live streaming is amazing quality too. My house is a little over 2000 sqf and the cameras all connect without issue. I also like the "cruise" feature. The cameras will basically just move back and forth so you can see more area. The smart recording features are cool too. For example, you can set it to that said feature and it'll only record if there's motion so your NVR can save recordings for up to a few months. Lastly, the night vision feature really amazes me. The cameras have bright lights built in. Thus, providing as a spotlight whilst giving you fulltime night vision in color! The cameras company reached out to me and offered me an extra year of warranty at no cost. She's been very responsive and kind, and helpful. Buy these cameras and thank me later! Really did like the product, but……DVR failed about 10 months in. Their solution is to purchase a subscription to cloud based service, which seems like a bit of a bait and switch scam. Sent them a message to request a new DVR. Silence. Would probably try another product if you are inexperienced the market. Camera picture quality good and the remote pan and zoom were great. Remote operation via the phone app was good. Just disappointed in the quality of the DVR. Update: Seller did remedy the issue which was a failed hard drive. The did go out of their way to make sure the problem was addressed, that I was satisfied, and extended the warranty another year. They did provide frequent updates and checked to make sure everything was satisfactory.

The NVR is recording the 4 cameras 24/7 and no need for cloud storage fees. Can download videos to photos. I ordered a 14’ Ethernet cord and wireless mouse so I could plug NVR and wireless mouse plug into back of NVR and from Recliner pull up cameras and see what is going on, click one of the four cameras and pan tilt or zoom cameras from recliner. Also adjust settings for cameras, turn on off lights siren, infrared viewing or daylight or full color night with lights on camera. NVR connects to router, and create password so secure and can view alerts or check in on home, garage from anywhere and have full control of cameras and talk listen. Can add a total of 8 cameras to system and block out parts like my neighbors, so cameras don’t alert. On tv screen, easy to pull up calendar and select a specific one or all and watch recordings from past days. I lost the instructions while waiting for Ethernet cable and wireless mouse to arrive and contacted Amazon and Emma from the company contacted me ASAP. She was available 24/7 with me no matter if 2 am or day time and we FaceTime to set them up. This cameras are really nice since the flexibility of if internet goes down they are using there own WiFi from NVR. For the price point and functionality it’s everything I needed. I am on 8 liters of oxygen and can’t get to door fast so it’s not only a door cam but security cameras also. The video with Fed EX guy i just put up and had not adjusted picture settings. I have two more to mount outside. The cable for power with cable from camera is 10’. Did not need to buy ext cable and fits in enclosed outdoor plugs around ext of house and garage. Mounting bracket is 2 screws that come with camera and expansion inserts is like for drywall. Glad I bought these, Emma made it so easy. Glad I lost instructions. I was still using 2010 Foscam cameras . These cameras came already synced to NVR not like the old time cameras.
