I am very happy with the outcome of this purchase! These cameras and NVR system work really well day and night! The video is very crisp and clear and with a 3 TB hard drive I get almost 2 months worth of HD video recorded so I have peace of mind that nothing will be deleted of I need it a week or 2 later! I've actually used the cameras to find stuff I've lost by going back to the day I used it and replaying the video and watch where I put it! The system I bought worked so well that I recommended them to a friend, he was impressed and he bought the same system! The motion detection works really well and pushes alerts to your phone or email! I went ahead and bought 3 more cameras to my system and they were very easy to add (you literally just click the button to search for new cameras and click add! I've been running it over a year now and have had zero issues other than user error. For the money this system is worth every penny! It has worked very well for me and I trust it when I am gone from the house! Customer service has been really good and accommodating too!

The cameras with this are good quality. They have good night vision and good quality during the day!! You can also buy the 360 degree rotating cameras that will work with this device and those work wonderfully. You can even use smart night vision which is a cool feature that when it detects motion a light comes on and switches it from night vision to regular camera!! There are many good things about these cameras I would highly recommend!!

The system was very easy to install and setup. All you are required to do is plug in the cameras and start viewing the live video. You need to supply your own monitor to attach to the NVR box. The signal strength of the NVR box is strong. I have yet to experience a connection issue with any of the wireless cameras installed on the exterior of the house. I am extremely satisfied with the clarity of the video quality, both during day and night. The night vision extends much farther than the identified 65 foot distance, but that's due to my proximity to city street lights. The delay in live video from real time is very short when it displays on the monitor screen attached to the NVR box or mobile app. Configuring the mobile app for remote viewing of live and recorded video was a simple process of scanning the provided QR code on the NVR box from within the app and setup completed itself. It is very easy to access view recorded video from any of the cameras. Currently all cameras are installed on the exterior of the house, but I will be purchasing additional cameras that have pan control for installation inside. I absolutely recommend this product and will continue to purchase Hiseeu products.

I read through the reviews and still decided to take the chance. The overall rating was very high, although there was some very concerning ones in there that were 1 star. The first thing I noticed was the NVR sounded like something was loose. I looked closer at the front left side of the NVR. It looked all scratched up and used. It did not have a new appearance. The right side had the plastic on it covering the firstrend logo and power/record indicators. It was peeled off at the edges too. It did not have a new look. This started to make me a little sketchy. Mouse and mouse pad were new. Instruction booklet looked used. Sucked like everyone said. One of the camera power cords was zip tied from being repackaged. I went to hook up the VGA cable, and one of the bolts on the back of the NVR for it was loose. While inspecting the NVR a little closer I realized that 2 of the bolts for the hard drive were not even tightened down. You could see the excess threads protruding down through the bottom of the NVR. That was the sound of something loose I heard when I removed it from the box. To top everything off, when I set up the system online with Denale, It synced the NVR to someone else’s email. Why you may ask? Because it was already sold and returned. I spent $629 for the 1080p 8 camera setup. I almost forgot to mention that the power and record lights would not even light up on the NVR. I wanted a brand new system. They seem to take returns and cobble together systems to resell. They get thrown in the mix. They obviously sell new systems and they are good. They tried to pass the buck on me. Buyers beware

Great starter level camera and recording system. I'm able to go back about over a month on the recordings. You are able to link your phone with the app to watch and playback. The customer service was helpful too, they returned my call the same day when I had an issue.

These cameras did work fine when the weather was warm, but once the winter came in all but two failed. The two that didn't fail were inside the house and in the garage. Aslo, the hard drive made a horrible sound as if the drive was damaged.

Bought this security camera for my home. Didn't know the 1st years Cloud recording was free. After that you pay a fee for EACH camera depending on what type of recording you wish. It's difficult to program & setup. Every once & awhile it resets itself causing me to have to reset the monitor view, frustrating. Overall wouldn't recommend unless your tech savvy
