A6 Lavalier Microphone - What a great wireless microphone system! Pros 1. The system description on Amazon is everything it says. 2. The system comes in an exceptionally solid box in which it's securely packaged. 3. The "User Manual" is clearly written and includes specific illustrations of all system components - easy to understand. 4. The case for the system components has a classy appearance and is durable! On the outside of the case is the charging port for a USB-C plug. The system includes a charging cable with a USB-C on one end and a USB-A on the other. 5. The receiver uses a USB-C plug for connecting to your phone or other device and as the product description states, it is "plug and play". 6. The system includes not just one wireless microphone, but two! Both are equipped with separable magnet closures for securing the microphones to clothing or wherever you position them. Plus there are two additional magnetized back clips which may be used alternatively to the separable back magnet piece on each microphone. 7. The system I received was plentifully charged at about 90% upon unboxing. It holds a charge great! Though I've used it numerous times the charge has not run out. Once, when it got to 80%, I placed it on charge, and when I checked on it about 20 minutes later, it was at 100%. 8. The sound is super clear - recordings and playback come through evenly and smoothly while one or both mics are on. The mic on/off button is convenient. The sound features operate well - so far no issues encountered. The range is accurate. 9. The receiver and microphones are lightweight and sized just right. 10. The LED indicators display niclely and as described. 11. The system overall is designed nicely. Cons ? Maybe, maybe not 1. It doesn't come with an electrical outlet plug. I had one readily available. Yet, I wanted to mention it in someone asked. 2. One thing that was a little bit of a challenge, which may or may not be the case for some, was that my phone and the receiver didn't pair after plugging in at first. The "User Manual" does address this, although that information didn't apply to my phone's setting options. Note that in the first part of the "User Manual" the company extends an invitation to reach out if support is needed. After trying to pair it again, I found some useful information online that solved the issue. In my opinion, if you decide to purchase this system, I believe you'll be pleased.

The media could not be loaded. One thing to get out of the way, I was sent this product for testing purposes. With that said, let's start with my high level review and then get into some more detail. What I Like: - Multiple mounting options - Battery case display - Different sound settings - Good range What I Wish Was Better: - Audio quality - Case Materials/Design Let's start with the audio/performance of these mics. There is definitely a level of you get what you pay for with the audio quality. The sound of these mics are a bit boxy and the levels peak easily. But if you were buying a $30 pair of lav mics and expecting Sennheiser level quality, I need whatever you're taking. In use, I was able to accidentally peak if I spoke anywhere above a general conversing volume. If you're someone who's consistently told you're loud, this may be something to keep in mind. Despite this, the mics connected to the receiver well and I never had any issues with connection or interruptions in the signal while recording, which are major wins in my book. Now, onto the case. The case is also made of a light, cheap-feeling plastic. Like, if this falls I worry something could break plastic. In its price range though, I think that's a completely moot point as long as the case functions as it should, which I believe it does. The charging sections for the mics are magnetic, which help with retention (but also make removing them a pain sometimes), and the LCD screen on the outside tells you how both full the case battery is and independently tracks each side's charging status. Personally, I think those features are quite neat and serve as a much better status check than a small LED light like most charging cases for items this size have. I do need to point out that the lavs do not fit into the charging slots if the clip backings are on though, as they are too wide for the internal case's compact design. This and not having a separate compartment to fit the clips is a little disappointing, as it means I have to throw them into a pocket or something in order to also bring them along. It feels like an oversight and missed opportunity to have the case be an all-in-one carrying solution. But what about the fun features? Well, they're fun! The magnetic backings as a nice touch to provide some more versatility for mounting, and allows for mounting to be easier to do. Additionally, while the quality of my vocal audio doesn't change, the noise cancelling mode seems to work fairly well. At the very least well enough to justify being the default audio mode when they are turned on. Personally I think the reverb setting is more of a gimmick than something you should actually use, but it's a fun inclusion nonetheless! When all is said and done, I think these are a great option if you're on a budget or trying to figure out if lavs are right for you. The tech features are really cool, even if a little gimmicky for some, and if there was a high ticket version of this with an improved microphone I'd definitely buy it!

I had this pair of wireless microphones for about a week now. I have an iPhone 15 Pro that I used to record videos for my construction company. So I had the chance to use it in two very specific scenarios and I’m still using it almost daily. 1. I used it at a jobsite we just started to record the activities for the foundation and it was a very windy day. The microphone performed as advertised which I was very happy. Much better than using just my phone to capture audio and video. I didn’t have to re-record or try different settings. The microphone has a function button but it defaults to noise reduction automatically when you turn it on which is great if that’s the main mode you’ll use it. Mine had zero issues connecting instantly, no set up required just plug and play and I was very happy with the audio quality and for the price it’s a very good alternative over the more expensive competition. 2. The second time I had the chance to use it was while I was in a zoom meeting. I have a Dell XPS 17 (2019). For no reason, my computer built in microphone stopped working. I think the description doesn’t mention anything about computers but I tried and it saved me big time. I just plugged the adapter and held one mic on my hand and it just worked which was fantastic. If you are looking for a great option for a pair of wireless microphones, for video blogs, recordings interviews, etc. Or even use it as your back up microphone for your computer; this is a great choice to consider definitely.
