I bought this drawing tablet for my daughter for Christmas (2021). I am not the primary user of the tablet, but I am her primary tech support so I've spent a little time getting it set up since Christmas day. The tablet seems to be good quality, the screen has excellent resolution and is responsive to the drawing pen. The main reason I am writing this review though, is Gaomon's fantastic customer service. I initially had a misunderstanding of how the tablet needed to be connected to the supporting computer. I thought there may be an issue with the port or with the cable on the device. I opened a ticket via their website and a representative responded to me in less than 24 hours which is pretty commendable given the time difference between my location and theirs. In following the additional troubleshooting instructions provided by the representative I discovered my error in how it was meant to be set up. Their support representative was friendly and helpful and I can't stress enough what a pleasant surprise it was to get a response within a day over a holiday weekend.

We purchased this item and struggled to make the screen work with our computer. After many frustrating hours of plugging and unplugging, we reached out to customer service. Within a few hours, we had a reply and their team of experts narrowed down the setting issue, and solved the problem in no time. This is the first graphics tablet I have ever bought; I am far from being an expert on these things. The tablet seems to come with a nice selection of accessories... cables, cover/stand, extra nibs for the pen. But what it doesn't come with is decent documentation. There's a quick start guide which is kind of useful but there is no actual owner's manual. Instead, there's a little card telling you to go to their website to download a manual. As far as quality goes, I'm not sure as I have yet to actually use it. I'm not sure if this particular model is beginner-friendly or not. For the price, however, I think it will be a good entry level tablet for me.

The tablet is great for a first display tablet. This was pretty affordable. I was about to go with a 250 usd tablet then I saw this one same size for 160 usd nice price. However the pen is a little wierd towards the side of the screen I tried calibrating it doesn't really work. So I end up using my mouse to click and adjust brush lvls. My BIGGEST CON IS- they give you a flimsy cover/stand I tried to reposition the cover but the cover came off the sticker didnt the sticker ripped itself from the cover and the stand is useless now. Ill have to pay 40 usd to get an actual stand that should have come with this tablet. Yeah its still 50 usd less then I would have spent but annoying still.

I was so, so excited to find this quality of tablet for the price that it was when I ordered it. It has lovely reviews, is highly rated- It seemed like a steal! However, I was extremely disappointed when it arrived & I tried to use it. I read & followed what little instructions it came with to the last period. I installed the correct program, plugged it in correctly, did everything right. And it just wouldn't work. The screen would come on & duplicate my laptop screen, but the programming would not recognize the device. I spent between 1 & 2 hours of troubleshooting. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, turning my computer off & back on, changing ports, using different cords... nothing. I even had one of my coworkers try it on his computer! His computer would sort of recognize the tablet, but would not duplicate his screen, the pen would not calibrate, and it was extremely laggy. I tried to utilize the live chat on the company Gaomon website, only to receive a message that they were not available during weekend hours. At 11am on a Friday. After some deeper digging online, I found several reviews on other websites experiencing the same problem. Many of them mentioning that the company itself offered little to no help when they were eventually able to get ahold of some form of customer service. I'm over it. I've already sent it to be returned & will be looking for a different tablet. --- If you do want to try it out though, it seemed like a solid, well made tablet. It had some weight to it, had a decent screen, and came with a light faux leather screen cover. However, the power cord setup is really awkward & short. If you don't have a desktop outlet or power strip, you're probably going to struggle with finding a comfortable position to actually use it.

Very easy to pick up and start drawing. Only hiccup is that color palette does not match exact to PC/laptop, but one can get around this with practice. Otherwise, quite simple and functional. Update: my dog chewed up drawing pen, which left it inoperable. I emailed the company and they were able to send me a new pen free of charge, including shipping. Great customer service with Ciyea.
