I don't know if Samsung has fixed its issues with the latest model of the Z Flip but this version is executed very poorly. Many of these phones have a problem with the display not turning on when the phone is flipped open or when the 'lock' button is pressed. Sometimes you have to press it many times. Sometimes, the screen just may refuse to turn on for an hour. It is a very finnicky phone, and I discovered doing more research that other buyers have had similar problems. I bought this because there is a serious lack of 'small phone' options that fit in my pockets, but this is simply not a good buy. Great idea, horrible execution. The worst part--the seller likely knows these problems and hides from any accountability. Don't expect to get a reply to your troubleshooting inquiries or easily get a refund. ... show more

The phone seemed to be on great shape looks and feels brand new .I haven't connected service to it yet waiting on a sim card phone has att apps on it I can't delete but appears to be unlocked as advertised IL know for sure when I put the sim in. But seems to be a good phone thus far using wifi everything works as it should it did not come with a charger block just a small c to c cord and no owners manual either witch im pretty sure it stated that it did come in the box but no big deal really... update after inserting the sin card from my provider I found that this phone was not unlocked as advertised it was carrier locked to Att It was eligible for a full refund from Amazon but u needed it now so I contacted att myself took a couple of hours on the phone but they gave.me am unlock code just to shut me up I don't think they wanted to so beware y I u might not get so lucky just a heads up ... show more

Portability! My Doctor said I should start walking to strengthen my heart. So, I needed to replace my Samsung A7 Lite(8.7inches). I searched for another affordable but compact phone. The Amazon Z Flip 3 was the answer. Literally put it in your shirt pocket. $268 in 2024 for a $999 2021 phone in excellent condition.Some Reviewers call it a " Budget phone" 2024. Now I want the Z Flip 5 (in a few years) for the larger Cover screen. Battery can be a bit lacking depending on how you use it. I recommend you purchase a power bank and protective Case. Minor defects that come with a refurbished phone. I like the versatility in the folding ability, the back screen allows me to see the time and it is relatively lightweight. Plenty of great ring tones to choose from and more apps than are necessary. Seems to have plenty of storage as well and the transfer of data went smoothly. The battery life is by far the worst I have had in the last 10 years. A full charge is more than half gone at 45% by 3pm. My A13 maintained over 70% until at least 9 pm. Even while I sleep and am not using the phone, it depletes by about 10%. Still better than buying new, but definitely won't be a long term option. ... show more
