The DJI Mic 3 has exceeded my expectations in every way. Setup took only a couple of minutes right out of the box, and pairing the transmitters and receiver was essentially effortless. 🎤 First Impressions & Design From the moment I unpacked the DJI Mic 3, I was struck by how sleek and compact the system is. The transmitters weigh in at just ~16 g (with the magnet), making them incredibly light and discreet to wear.  The receiver is also compact and nicely finished, with a 1.1-inch AMOLED touchscreen and a rotating dial that make adjustments intuitive.  The included charging case is elegant and functional—everything nests cleanly, and the case itself acts as an extended battery bank.  The build quality feels premium throughout. None of the parts feel cheap or overly plasticky. The magnetic clips, removable via magnets, add versatility in how you mount or angle the transmitters.  ⸻ 🎧 Connectivity & Compatibility One of the strong suits of the Mic 3 is how it connects across devices. It supports: • A locking 3.5mm TRS output for cameras and other gear  • A 3.5mm TRRS monitoring/line output  • USB-C for direct digital connects  • Bluetooth 5.4 for direct pairing with phones (iPhone, etc.)  Because of this range of connectivity, I had no trouble hooking the Mic 3 into my Pocket 3, ZV-E10 / M2, and iPhone 16 Pro. It “just works” across platforms. I bought these microphones mainly for creating content and recording voiceovers for my videos, and so far I’ve been very happy with them. The setup was quick and easy, and the charging case is very practical because it keeps everything organized and makes it easy to grab what I need when I’m ready to record. I record a lot of my content directly with my phone, and they work great for that. I’ve also been impressed with how well they record from a distance while still giving me clear audio. One of my favorite features is the noise reduction, especially since I often record content in my office. I also really like that the microphones have internal memory, so I can record directly onto them when needed. The receiver screen is very useful because I can quickly check whether the microphones are connected, adjust the volume, and monitor the audio levels while recording. It even shows red when my audio level is too high, which helps me notice it and make adjustments while I’m recording. Another thing I really like is how easy they are to reconnect. If the microphones ever disconnect, I simply put them back in the charging case, take them out again, and they reconnect automatically. I also love the magnetic attachments. If I don’t want to use the clip, I can attach the microphone magnetically to my clothing. It’s a small detail, but it gives me more flexibility depending on what I’m wearing or how I want the microphone positioned. I use them for recording myself speaking, filming content with my phone, and adding voiceovers to my videos. The audio quality has been excellent, and for someone who creates content regularly, they are very practical, versatile, and easy to use. I definitely recommend them, especially for content creators who want better audio without a complicated setup.

I honestly wish I had bought this microphone set sooner. I've always used inexpensive wireless mics and assumed that most microphones were basically the same, but this completely changed my mind. The sound quality is excellent, and everything feels much more reliable. The receiver is easy to connect to my phone, and once it's connected, it just works. I also really like the app because it makes setup and managing the microphones much easier. Having two transmitters is very convenient when recording with another person. The charging case is another feature I really appreciate because everything stays together and is easy to carry. The microphones themselves feel solid and well made, and the included windshields are great for outdoor recording. The only thing I'd mention is that there are more settings and features than you get with a basic microphone, so it may take a little time to learn everything. Once it's set up, though, it's very easy to use. I absolutely love this micset. I use it for most of my recordings now, and after trying it, I don’t really want to go back to the cheap wireless mics I was using before. The difference in quality is noticeable.

Once I got everything set up and figured out, I was absolutely blown away by the DJI Mic 3! The difference in audio quality compared to simply recording with my phone is incredible. My voice sounds clear and professional, and it instantly makes my videos feel much more polished. I especially love having the wireless transmitters because I can move around freely while filming without worrying about staying close to my phone. The charging case keeps everything together and makes the entire system feel very convenient and portable. There was definitely a bit of a learning curve getting everything connected and set up correctly, especially if you're new to wireless microphones like I am. But once it was working—WOW. Completely worth the effort! I'm just getting started creating video content, and this has already taken the quality of my videos to an entirely different level. I'm so excited to keep using it! I use the 1 TX + 1 Mobile RX version with my iPhone, and the plug-and-play setup makes it incredibly easy to start recording without dealing with a complicated setup. My wife and I purchased this to use with our Social Media videos. If you notice, most high end channels use this exact product. DJI is very good quality and the sound is unbeatable. The magnetic mic is very convenient for sport activities while giving very good audio without wind disturbance. For the price, I don't think you can beat the quality.
