I bought two of these for my Labradors to give them more freedom to roam on our property. Got it set up and charged, then after a couple of days, went out to train with them. On remote setting, it was fine. But that requires me to be with them an knowing where they are at all times so I can manually correct. We did do that to get them used to the correction. Then I switched to fence mode. Keep in mind, husband and I had already set the fence mode and tested the collars in the yard to establish where we wanted boundaries. Immediately, the collar began beeping and shocking one dog who was within mere feet of me. The fence setting was on 7, that was where we had establish yard boundaries. I turned the radius up to 9, giving more feet allowed while trying to figure out. After a few minutes it started beeping and shocking my dog again. I switched back to remote mode and took the collars off. He was terrified, ran inside the house. I decided right then to return them. I need them to work accurately in fence mode and I'm not gonna traumatize my dogs trying to continually test them out. Because I didn't turn the collars off after removing them, they began beeping on the table and my dog freaked out upon hearing them just beeping in the other room. For wireless fencing, the accuracy needs to be near absolute to avoid this. So, back they go. Waste of money.

This collar is great and super useful! It's an electric dog fence and dog training device that works wirelessly, it has a big screen and colorful buttons so it's easy for everyone to use and to my surprise it works really well! It didn't take long to train and I'm glad the dog is now free to explore the yard, there are lots of features, the collar is rechargeable and there's no need to change the batteries which is really nice, the interface is easy to use and the batteries last for weeks and recharging is a breeze. We needed something to help him with his bad habits, it works great, top quality. Highly recommended. I am very happy and look forward to training her more with this new collar!

I ordered this for my 109lbs GSD. It works well but when I set up the perimeter, it can go off unexpectedly and it didn’t serve the point of teaching him the boundaries of the yard. Instead, I used the beep to let him know when he went further than I like. My mom also uses it to let him out and give him a little beep or buzz when he ignores her request to come in. He learned very quickly what the noise meant and works well for us as a tool but not a turn “wireless fence”

The instructions are easy to follow and very thorough. Just now setting up wireless fence so unable to give accurate review of how it works. The collar is probably too big for a small dog. It was almost too big for my 20# schnauzer mix. Edited review after attempting to use. Unfortunately, this collar did not work for me. I was unable to set the parameters to the exact distance needed to contain my dog. The shortest distance is 33-148 ft and I needed 50 ft. There was no way to set it at 50 ft. Returning

I love the versatility of this product. It can be a trainer for beeping/vibrate/shock. I like that it can also function as an electric fence! I love that it's possible to add on more collars if desired. The remote control comes with a strap, and I like that the buttons are easy to understand and use. It's also lightweight, which comes in handy to carry it around. I like the cool charging station, it looks nice and is a handy stand for both items. Overall, a wonderfully versatile set. I'm happy with my purchase.

I got this and it worked well at first. Then I noticed it wasn’t beeping anymore when my dog went outside the boundary. The collar is flashing red when I turn it on, even though it is charged. I tried to pair it again and the collar won’t do anything except flash red. I checked the manual for troubleshooting or info about flashing red LED and it has no information and not troubleshooting section. I am extremely disappointed because it worked, it’s still new, and now it’s not working and no one can help me figure out how to fix it. I’m sure there is a simple solution but the company doesn’t have info or a way to contact them.

OK so the idea of this product is perfect for my needs. I love the base charging station however, the first one did not work on electric fence mode after following the instructions I figured it was a faulty unit so I purchased a second one and I’m having the same issues, the directions are not great. There is a step that requires you to encode the transmitter and I’m following these instructions perfectly getting all the right combinations of blinking lights. However, the receiver is supposed to beep when encoding is successful and I have not been able to get the beep on either unit to confirm encoding success so maybe this is the issue. However there is no customer support I can find from the company. Lastly The 259 reviews are for a lot of different products so a little suspect.
