Nice blanket but could be softer. The blanket is a nice quality and the white color is a true white. The blanket has held up fine after multiple washings. The size of the blanket was true to the measurements and there has been no shrink with washing and drying. The blanket is a good value.

I've bought quite a few blankets from Amazon, typically cold weather types. But I found this and was hoping to have it on my bed for warmer weather and as a layering blanket for other seasons. Well, I am in LOVE with this beauty!! It's the perfect weight for my needs. Heavy enough for a single cover
in warmer weather, but a perfect weight to layer in colder months- which I do on my bed, I use layers of blankets. It's not a single layer of cotton, it's double layer so it's going to stand up to wash and wear. I love the weave of the blanket, too. It's tighter than a typical waffle weave so you don't get a bunch of snagged threads all the time. ***Caveat to this...there are some smaller threads that my dogs name tag jumping caught on because there's a tiny mm-ish gap where it was opened to connect. I wouldn't have thought it would've snagged, but it did. If you've repaired snags before, you know how to repair them, which can be done.*** I washed in hot, rinsed in cold when I first received it to remove sizing and any manufacturing chemicals and it came out beautifully. No wrinkles, even though its 100% cotton. Retained shape and size. And I love the color!! Hopefully it's going to be fade resistant as I foresee this becoming a favorite and used frequently.

Beautiful deep color. Nice weight blanket but not too heavy. This will shrink a little if put in the dryer so maybe order a larger size or hang out to dry instead.

I should start by saying I'm picky with blankets. I got this to throw over our comforter so my dog doesn't get our bed too dirty. I've had it about 8 months now. It's a nice blanket, but not as soft as I was hoping. The waffle look is achieved using loose threads, so they get pulled super easily. If
you have kids or pets this will probably not hold up to regular use.
