well made with quality material
Size: 24"
Pattern Name: Stool
I bought this stool a couple of years ago, and still feel very good about my purchase. I had some problems with the screws loosening a few times over the course of a few weeks, but I put some Permatex on the threads and tightened them down without any further issues. The seat is well padded and comfortable to sit on, and the wood used is good quality hard wood that should last for years and years. My daughter likes it and borrows it often, my granddaughter plays with it every time she comes in my room, and I use it in the bathroom as a dressing stool. I would like if this stool was a little cheaper in price, but I have to admit that compared to other options being sold across the market, this is a quality product and well worth the price. I do recommend this stool.

Attractive, short term comfort
Size: 24"
Pattern Name: Stool
The media could not be loaded. Purchased February 4, 2023. Reviewed on June 25, 2023. Likes: attractive, easy enough to assemble. Comfortable enough though the heaviest person sitting was about 150 lbs. The person most often seated is about 110 lbs for at most 60 to 90 minutes. Thus far, cushions have maintained their softness. Some of the rails were difficult to tighten. Retightening will be needed.

Missing all plugs eight to be exact. I texted number and asked for replacements but didn’t hear anything back. It’s now assembled and I am very disappointed

Really good stool
Size: 24"
Pattern Name: Stool
I was a little worried about assembly after reading some reviews. It took a little time, but following the instructions actually works. And works well. I didn't have any issues, didn't need additional tools, it worked great. The only thing I'm sorry I didn't do (well, I'll be sorry in the far-flung future) is what one reviewer recommended and that was to add wood glue to the screws when I put them in - but there it is. This is a lovely, sturdy stool and I look forward to years of use.

Hard to assemble
Size: 24"
Pattern Name: Stool
These stools look really nice & are fairly comfortable. BUT the assembly was horrible. I’ve put together a lot of items but this was the worst. They come with large screws and an Allen wrench. Why they didn’t use screws you could use a screwdriver with, is beyond me. The wrench kept slipping off the screw head and the holes were not drilled deep enough. After struggling to get the screws in, I found a driver that took the same head and that helped a little. I finally had to get out the drill & drill the holes deeper. That solved the problem. Unfortunately from trying to get these screws in & the wrench slipping, I ended up with one screw head damaged to the point I couldn’t tighten it or take it out. Because of that, the cross bar couldn’t be tightened on that side, so I used glue to keep it together. I couldn’t insert the little wood button in that hole because the screw wasn’t in far enough, but it faces the wall so no one will notice it. If you purchase these, I would drill the holes before putting it together. I just hope the glue holds on mine.

Pain to assemble
Size: 24"
Pattern Name: Stool
These are surprisingly difficult to put together. For being a simple stool, they've been kind of a pain to get done. I bought 2, and was expecting an under 5 minute assembly. I'm still working on the first and it's been 20 minutes because I had to take it apart twice. Maybe I'm just dense, but I'm finding it to be more confusing than need be. Maybe labeling the pieces or sending a few already put together would be nice. Even if they sent the bottom cross bars assembled, the package wouldn't be much bigger and would cut the confusion in half. Can't complain too much for the price, just didn't expect it. I've assembled many pieces of flat pack furniture and thought this would be much easy in comparison.
