Great stool before, but second one ordered was terribly packaged, missing a part, and damaged.
Style: Stool
Color: Walnut
Size: 24"
EDIT: They replaced the stool very quickly, and it seems great. It has all the parts and came in the original packing. Nice stool! I have bought this stool before and it was been great, super sturdy and looks nice in my kitchen. I wanted a matching stool to go with it. However the stool I ordered showed up exactly like the pictures attached. It was in a giant box with the pieces of wood totally jumbled and banging about. The screws and bolts were all over the place, with the packaging shredded. Initially, I was annoyed, but thought it would be fine. Then I noticed there was damage to the wood stools (a chip) and a missing screw. Most likely due to the poor packaging. I wonder if this was a return that they just shipped out without checking? I am returning and ordering a replacement. I gave this 3 stars since the first stool was great. If they replace in a timely manner and there are no issues, I would change my rating to 4-5 stars. Not sure what happened here, but hope the manufacturer can fix it.

Nice and big
Style: Stool
Color: Black
Size: 29"
Had to return them because they were not the right height for my counters. But I wish I could find 24 inch like these. These were way better than the ones I could find.

Sturdy little stools could use better tools.
Style: Stool
Color: Black
Size: 24"
These are great! Descent quality for the price. The instructions could be better, we figured out a way easier way immediately. The Allen wrench is too long/bulky that came with it. And really wish it came with a little mallet to pop in the screw covers. A regular hammer would obliterate those and pretty sure they are gonna pop out quickly without it.

Overall good

I like the style and sturdiness. My only complaint was one of the wood plugs to cover screw & hole was defective.

Been looking years for bar stools for my counter in the kitchen but nothing was ever right. Too short or too tall :/ but these are perfect!!! Nice solid wood, great feel and they look amazing with our modern farmhouse decor.
