These are great. Stunning. Know the base is very small so your Sheetrock around the electrical box will have to be tight! Base and electrical box was the same size here.

Nothing but issues. The glass for the lamp was broken on arrival, but the company did give a refund so we could buy new ones, which was wonderful. Husband put them up, looked great and lasted for the first 3 months. One night we heard a loud noise of something falling and hitting the wall. The metal arm completely snapped for no reason at all and was beyond repairable. Completely disappointed we have to buy new ones already. ... show more

Got these lamps as bedside lamps for our master bedroom. I underestimated the size of the lamp shades. It is clearly listed in the description, so be aware that the shades are not dainty, but neither are they huge. The lamps are bright brass and look incredible. A small bulb puts out a lot of light, and that light is VERY directional, so adding these to a room could be very dramatic, which is what I love to do with lights, for sure. Assembly is easy, and they are standard plates for installation in a standard light box. But the reason I chose to not use these and use another, smaller set for our bedroom, is that these lamps are relatively heavy, and without getting them on a stud, it might be impossible to use them. I would look to add a support between studs, like a support that a ceiling fan uses, to provide for the inevitable moment when a person, pet, or thing pulls on the lamp. ... show more

I like everything about this pair of adjustable wall lamps - except - my error! I was searching for corded and accidentally bought these. Well I just thought I’d hang them until i could decide where I could permanently install and I could get an electrician to come out. No such luck! The base has no lip - it literally must be installed to hang or use. I’ll update this once they’re installed, but I will say that they’re beautiful and will be very functional soon hopefully. ... show more

I ordered these either to wire and plug in or to use with rechargeable battery operated lights. I have a tendency to change my mind when it comes to fixtures versus lamps, and furniture placement, so using rechargeable lightbulbs is the way to go for me. Plus my husband prefers to not have to hardwire lights just to remove them in six months when I change my mind about where I want things or when I want a different light. So rechargeable lights is what I went with. The color of the lamps is beautiful, I ordered the brass lights. And although they are large, the amount of subtle light they give off is fantastic for my purpose. I like that the arms are adjustable so I can use them over a piece of art or beside the bed when I change my mind, which is inevitable. I can adjust the arm to take up a little space or I can move it to fill a space on a wall. Overall I would highly recommend these, they are beautiful, easy to hang, just make sure you get one side of the mounting plate into a stud and use a molly anchor for the other side. ... show more
