Upon receiving and assembling the Orymuse wine & beverage 24” refrigerator one can notice that this refrigerator is well built and has a solid construction. The separate temperature compartments can hold both cool and cold setting beverages is certainly plus and a convenience. The unit holds enough beverages to host an evening event (wine & beer). Its motor runs very quiet and the glass doors with its blue light makes this refrigerator an elegant piece to our home. The operations to regulate the temperature settings are user friendly and easy to adjust. Keeps beverages cool and cold. The only issue I encountered was with one of the refrigerator door handles did not match the holes on the door. I was only able to attach one of the door handles. A bit frustrated, I emailed the customer service dept. That same date, to my surprise, I received an email response within an hour. I provided the necessary evidence, including photo to their customer service team and within 24 hours they confirmed to ship a new door handle and apologized for the inconvenience. Within 4 days, I received the door handle in good order. The door handle holes lined up perfectly and now the refrigerator is complete. I am sincerely satisfied with this refrigerator performance thus far but more impressed on Orymuse customer service and support team.
