It is a fan, not an AC! It can't cool down a room, even a small room. It takes max 2 small ice packs. One frozen pound of ice can only provide 40 BTU. Two small ice packs can't lower a temperature of a room. A 20x20 room (400 square feet) typically requires a cooling capacity of around 9,000 to 12,000 BTU. It is physics; basic! ... show more

Liked the product and seemed to cool my bedroom. I preferred to use ice cubes instead of the block provided. As the cubes melted it helped maintain the water level for 8-9 hours of use. Had an issue with the oscillating feature… after 3 weeks of use it broke- only turned 15 degrees vs 70 advertised and made a loud clicking noise. Assumed a gear mechanism broke. ... show more
