It was defective. It leaks water from the bottom and have to keep a towel or constantly clean up. It is hard to fix but I will keep it anyway. The manufacturer should really look into working the bugs out

I love it. I usually don’t do reviews but I noticed they don’t have a lot so I’m here to ease your worries. Get it now! Baseboard is a little tricky but it DOES snap together. You have to really push it in. It’s a little noisy when it rotates but besides that, it’s noise free. Definitely worth the money.     • Non working Humidifier
Only reason it gets an extra star is because the normal A/C function works. Tank leaks and the humidifier doesn't work. Called their customer service and they said theres nothing I can do but return it. Lucky for me I live in a desert and it's 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Thanks Amazon!

The media could not be loaded. Be aware: not sure if this is faulty issue or machine or not. I had a huge air conditioning fiasco this year to where I needed a portable in my bedroom to sleep. I was hoping this one would be good to avoid using window and something slim. Unfortunately soon as I turned it in and hit the swivel button water just started draining from back top area. ... show more
