The media could not be loaded. After reading tons of detailed reviews, I decided to give this little guy a try. Got it same day, charged overnight. And was so excited about how well it cleaned my hard to reach windows that I told at least a dozen of my friends about it. Reviewing this was a journey however, as the original machine malfunctioned just like the others have mentioned in the comments - red blinking light, loud beeping, and not a working machine. But after my initial review the company was nice enough to reach out to me and fix the issue. I was sent another working robot. And have already tested it out today. So here's a few things you should know about: 1. It does a really good job cleaning my windows. 2. The seller is extremely responsive and nice to communicate with in case of an issue. 3. It is loud, but works fast, so it's tolerable. 4. This one is super important. Make sure it is ALWAYS connected to an outlet when it's working. If it plugs out, it may malfunction. That's what happened to my initial robot. But I did pull the cord enough to that little box to get unplugged for a second today, but this new machine did not malfunction because of being without power for 30 seconds until I plugged it back in. 5. I can't figure out how to work the spray nozzle, but just like the manual says - I do 1-2 sprays of window cleaner directly onto the fabric before placing the robot onto the window, and it is just enough. My windows were extremely dirty after all the LA rains this year and the dust after, but the only time I had to run the robot twice on the same window was when the fabric got dirty after cleaning a few windows. Overall, I so highly recommend!

This thing is the answer to my prayers. I hate washing windows! I have an exuberant puppy who leaves slobbery all over my glass doors. I washed all the windows on my ground floor the first day I received it. It worked wonderfully. I just set it and went about my business and it did it's job. The greenhouse windows will be it's real challenge. They are filthy! Having read some reviews on here about streaks being left...I have a couple of suggestions. 1. I did find that if I washed the windows in the sun it tended to leave some streaks. That's an easy fix! 2. If the window was particularly dirty it would leave some streaks. I just ran the washer twice. It's not a big deal to hit the button again and walk away again to let it do it's job. Additionally I found that the windows sparkled when they were finished so I ran it twice on all the windows! 3. I just used window cleaner at half strength or less. From my observations I don't think I'll use window cleaner at all on windows that aren't hugely dirty. 4. There were comments that it didn't get the corners clean. Well, yah. The pads are round so that's to be expected. It took literally seconds to wipe the corners out with a damp microfiber cloth. Beats washing the whole window by hand! Additionally, I saw several reviews that mentioned their sprayer didn't work and the seller replaced it with a new machine. Mine doesn't either. I guess I should contact the seller and get it replaced but I found I didn't miss the sprayer since you spray the bottom pad before attaching it to the window. Even with my filthy windows I didn't need more spray and I can't help wondering if too much spray might cause streaks. I've given this 4 stars but will change that as soon as I see if this machine holds up to wear. Also...the sprayer doesn't work ..so...

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure this would work!!! The reviews were pretty good so I decided to give it a try. It is a game changer for me. I have a hard time cleaning the windows in the video. I will say you can not put much product on the pads to clean and you have to change them frequently. However it comes with several pads, so you can finish the job before having to put them in the wash. You do have to hang out close by to make sure it is doing what you want it to. On the upper windows I would have to change the direction sometimes. I didn't have to do that as often on the lower windows. I would definitely purchase this again!! It's not as good as a robot vac but it gets the job done!

I learned a lot from my Roomba, like it’s okay if it’s not perfect as long as it cleans everyday it will eventually get everything. That was my intended use for this device. My house has normal number of windows in the bedrooms and some glass doors leading back to the patio. The robot was unable to handle any window on its own. It stops half way and I have to hit restart multiple times in a single window. Can’t really have it start a window and go get a glass of water because I’ll come back and discover that it only cleaned a quarter of the window. It’s a neat concept, one wheel primarily cleans and one buffs but because of it’s design there were portions of the window it was unable to ever reach like anything at the top of the window and was only so so on the edges. All in all it does what it’s designed to do just not what I expected it to. This device would be best if you physically can’t clean a window like if it’s too high off the ground for example. But it is not a better way to clean windows in any sense. Not cleaner, not easier, not faster.

The media could not be loaded. For my 12’ windows it’s awesome! No more ladders for me! It works effortlessly! There was only one spot I needed to use the remote to have it go back over again. But it got the spot!
