We purchased two and one I believe was probably a return. It was opened and missing the cleaning brush. We thought about returning it but kept it anyway but disappointed that they would ship a returned item without checking everything was there. Therefore, only four stars. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. Initially, I just wanted something to fix the annoying dripping sound from my window air conditioner. After searching on Amazon, I found these drip cotton and ac cover kit which solved my problem perfectly. Now, there's no more water dripping and the air conditioner cover also keeps out fallen leaves, sand, and dust. It runs smoothly without any crunching or horrible noises, and there's no cotton blocking the engine opening. Purchasing these items separately would have cost me twice as much. I absolutely love this kit; it's a fantastic deal and saves me a lot on maintenance costs. Highly recommended!

my neighbor's yard has a lot of flowers and cottonwood trees, When they're in full bloom, leaves, bees, and other debris would fall onto my air conditioning. The cotton would clog up my outside AC unit. Every now and then, I would have to spend a couple of hours cleaning out my unit, which caused me a lot of problems. Upon discovering this window AC cover on Amazon, I ordered it right away and it arrived overnight. I was able to install it before the debris gathered again. It's designed and constructed well. The adjustable clasp holds it snugly over my AC cover and won't fall off. It's a great way to keep the cover in place. I believe I won't have to endure the clogged and dirty inside of my outdoor unit again. All in all, I highly recommend it!!

That's the main reasonI bought it because cleaning the dirty off the inner fins is not easy at all that need to taking the metal guards off . Exactly as pictured, easy to install, cover my AC with no fussy. Just got tons of thunderstorm and seems to have held up perfectly. Leaves and branches brought in by strong winds are also blocked out. It is as described avd perfect fit. Highly recommend!!
