I love my ac. It fits wonderfully in my odd shaped window. It works well and is easy to maintain. Because of the way my windows are shaped, it was difficult to seal the rest of the window. We had to build something permanent in the window as it does not shut by pulling down on top of the unit. The only issue i have is that when it first arrived, the unit was dented in several different places. As the box was not abused at all, I can only assume that is was first shipped in this condition to begin with. Then when I called about a replacement, it took several weeks for it to arrive. I had no problem with the return and pick up of the item and Amazon was very nice and accomadating, i just didn't understand why i had to wait several weeks for a replacement, why the original arrived within a few days. ... show more

5 Months and quit working. Error Code E1. No guide found on what that means or how to reset. Will adjust rating if I can even find a place to get customer support that does not waste my time.

    • Not as quite as advertised. Definitely more than twice the noice vs. Midea units.
Definitely not as quiet as Midea units. Has noticeable noise but not as high as the normal units.
