Absolutely love this product. It’s pretty quiet for an air conditioner! It gets unbelievably hot inside and this AC cools it down fast with no problems WITH the fan on med I speed! Super easy installation! Highly recommend! So far there are no problems with it. It’s definitely worth the price!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: After reading the reviews it was clearly stated that the was the best buy for your buck. The noise level is moderate. The cooling ability is phenomenal. We live in Northern Louisiana and the humidity combined with temperatures causes it to be sweltering. Central is too expensive. This air conditioner cools the living room, dining room and kitchen. We like our house very cool, and it delivers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great product without breaking the bank. update: When the compressor kicks in it has started making a loud noise, Sounds like the fan. ... show more

I have 30 foot vaulted ceilings (A Frame house). Central Air went out and figured I’d just continue my quest to transition to window units. First time I think the house has ever reached 72 during the summer. lol Very easy to set up and install. Would recommend a window bracket, because this thing is heavy! Easily a two-person job. My house is 40 years old and has 52” windows and I couldn’t find any that match that, so I had to ask AI how to customize one a bit.
