I recently purchased this e-bike and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. I wrote this review after 3 weeks of use. It came basically assembled and need the handlebars mounted which took 2 minutes. After charging the battery I tried it out and was surprised by the ride and quality of this e- bike. I could easily fold and store this bike in my car. Once I remove the seat and battery I can lift with one hand. With a powerful 350W motor (peaking at 500W), Windone S14 electric bicycle offers up to 28 miles of pedal-assist range, making every ride a smooth and enjoyable experience. Cruise comfortably at speeds up to 19 mph, while ensuring my safety with front and rear disc brakes, providing reliable stopping power when I need it most. The e-bike has a maximum range of 21 miles in electric-only mode under certain conditions. The maximum pedal-assisted range is 28 miles. Experience a smoother ride with the built-in front fork and center shock absorbers, ensuring that every bump and jolt is absorbed, giving me the ultimate comfort on any terrain. And one of the best thing is that when it ran out of batteries, you can still petal it with your own feet, I really like this e-bicycle. Good bike for the price but 3 issues so far the first battle was the air pump spout in the back tire was pushed in so it was unreachable. Until we finally figured out it just had to be pulled hard enough out to the side. Second issue the seat keeps moving up and back while you ride it! Even after tightening it as much as you can. Thats annoying but I dont know you can get used to it. Last issue is I had this bike for 1 week only and the bike chain BROKE already. I hope they fix it with the protection plan we got! Ugh!!! For a woman it is quite heavy! It does good though handling bumps, and the bike automatically starts to pump with you when you start to peddle you don’t even really have to hit the toddle, but when you do it goes pretty fast! I DO however thing the light on the bike is a little dumb, it points way up instead of down to the ground and has a ring of darkness so its not the best lighting, maybe I can figure out how to point the light further down but that still wouldn't get rid of the weird ring of darkness its like a dot of light in the middle a ring of darkness and then more light around the ring like a target 🎯I don’t know its not the greatest at night for full visibility although the light itself is pretty bright.

I purchased this electric bike for my son on July 15, 2025, and from day one it has been nothing but problems—serious and dangerous problems. • Missing part at delivery: The bike arrived without the proper attachment for the seat, which meant we had to buy the missing part separately just to make it functional. • Faulty tire valve: Next, we discovered the tube valve on the tire was defective and would not hold air. This required an additional trip to a bike store to repair before my son could even ride it. • Major safety hazard: The most alarming issue happened yesterday—while my son was riding, the entire front tire detached from the bike. He crashed, and while he thankfully wasn’t seriously injured, it could have ended far worse. These are not minor inconveniences; they are critical failures that show this bike is poorly manufactured and unsafe. A missing seat attachment, defective tire components, and a front wheel falling off all point to negligence in both design and quality control. This bike should be immediately recalled. It poses a severe danger to children, and no parent should have to gamble with their child’s safety. Do not buy this bike. It is unsafe, unreliable, and hazardous to ride.
