Picked up this hoop a couple weeks ago and it’s been getting used pretty much every day since. Setup was way easier than I expected, me and my brother had it done in about an hour. The height adjuster is super simple, so the kids can play at a lower height and we can raise it up for real games. The backboard is sturdy and feels like it can take a beating without any issues. Once the base is filled, it doesn’t wobble or tip, even when we’re going hard at the rim. I love how easy it is to roll out of the way when we’re done, but it still feels solid when we’re playing. We’ve had everything from quick games of horse to normal games with neighbors, and it’s been awesome every time. It’s already become the main hangout spot in the driveway for friends and family. Got this for a pool basketball hoop because it checked off most of the boxes. Affordable ✅ Portable ✅ Quick Adjustable ✅ Fairly sturdy ✅ The caveats now. After one day of rain the bolts have rusted. Won't really effect the sturdiness but rust in concrete is stain city. The rim-to-backboard width is not ideal. 16" rim is like 2" short of regulation and the backboard looks dinky compared to it. It would've been PERFECT with a 14" rim. No ball. Why is this a caveat? Because what in the heck size ball do you use. Using a regulation size basketball is just too big. I bought a 9" pool ball but that's almost regulation size. The normal ones that come with kiddie hoops are too small so I think a 7" one is probably the right size but I won't know until I return the 9" ones and get those. Just upcharge us for a proper sized basketball. Rusty bolts and small rim to backboard ration is what makes it imperfect but hot damn is it nicer than the little tykes one we had. ... show more

So heavy but worth it. I buy this basketball stand for my six yr kid. Easy assembly but need two people. I do not use the extended steel pole because the height is enough for kid. I put it in my garage and I very like the adjustable height and easy movement. Cool, high quality basketball stand.

The individuals who are giving this product a 1 star review due to the manual having images, and no words and or the fact that they gave you two wrenches to tighten the bolts have no patience whatsoever. It took me about 45 minutes to and hour to put this together, and it would have gone faster with a 9/16th socket wrench and my son not interrupting me every 5 minutes mind you. The height is adjustable and can be set very low which is great for little kids. By the looks of the material, this hoop would not do great if left outside all the time and exposed to the weather so I will plan on leaving mine in the garage and pulling it out when he want to use it. Giving it 4 ⭐️’s because the paint was already scratch/ chipped in places but other than that I’m very happy with the purchase! ... show more
