Bought this to replace one that fell and broke the backboard. Grandchildren use it; you can raise it for outdoor play or lower it for playing from the pool. Sturdy and heavy enough to not topple in the wind. Only problem is the base catches rainwater and needs to be drained; takes a strong person to tip it to drain the extra water. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is the second basketball goal that we’ve purchased, and here are our thoughts so far. + Assembly is simple as long as you follow the instructions. It took about 30 minutes. + we like that the height is adjustable and it’s a good size for playing. + it works as expected and and is fun for the whole family. + it’s much easier to move around than our other one. Base isn’t too heavy. + it looks nice and we love the red/white/blue net. + it doesn’t seem as stable/sturdy as our other goal. As you can see in the video clip, it shakes a bit when the ball hits the backboard. We’ve only had it a few weeks, so time will tell if it will hold up. This product is terrible and I can't believe amazon hasn't removed it from their website. The backboard is paper thin plastic that breaks within a year. A replacement was sent and the backboard broke within less than a year again. The base of the goal is not heavy and wide enough for the goal to be stable. This was a good hoop. Assembly was ok. It looks nice. It’s easy to adjust up and down. Feels a little wobbly at times. After a couple years the backboard broke though. I’m considering replacing it with the same one because the price point is nice. I would give it 4 stars but the backboard broke so I’m giving it 3. Not a bad hoop though. Update: after posting this review I was contacted by customer support and was given a partial refund which I used to purchase a new one. Same good quality. Bought this for my 13 year old daughter so she can practice at our home! Set up was pretty simple. Love the height adjustment. Makes it a family oriented sport. The quality is THERE! Solid and easy to roll and move. The triangle at the bottom base is very nice to store the ball. My daughter is so so pumped. Watch out WNBA, my girl is coming your way! Also, the time for delivery was perfect. Love being able to get on here and get products so fast. The cost of some of the hoops-the shipping was as much as the product-some $200. Right there Prime is saving me so much! This is a great investment and I will definitely look to this company for more sports products. ... show more

Was looking for a family present when I found this, so I decided to order it. Here is what I found: 1. This was for my daughter’s family. The fact that the height is adjustable has been great so that even my 4 year old grandson can play without getting too frustrated! LOL 😂. When it is at its full height my son-in-law and daughter have a great time playing. 2. The ease of assembly allowed my daughter to do this while her husband was at work and surprise him with having a play ready hoop in the back yard when he came home. 3. The two kids, 4 and 6, play with it constantly since it has arrived. It is steady and there is no fear of it being unstable with them playing. Turned out to be a very much appreciated and used gift which is what I was after. So, I am very pleased with it at this point and I would recommend it as a great alternative to video games and a way to keep the entire family involved! ... show more
