I wanted two pans and ended up with Wilton brand because they come with lids, great price ($10 per pan with lid when I bought them) plus they nest super well, not wasting any space. The lids nest together as well, so I store the lids nested together under the two pans. I am super happy with that part. Before writing this review I looked at some of the questions people ask. Some input: The lid is very durable, it's a stiff plastic but with a little give. It's not a hard clear plastic and not brittle in any way. It could be dropped on the floor and not crack, it would probably just bounce. It also has some height to it; decorating a cake you should definitely have a good amount of room to fit the lid on. The pans are slightly slanted, that's why you can nest the pans inside each other. Yes, a magnet will definitely stick to it, I tried it. The pans are not double insulated, even though looking from the side it looks like it would be. Looks like a double layer but that's just the way they shaped the metal on the sides. Looks like two pans inside each other, but it's not. But it is a fairly heavy pan, not flimsy or cheap by any means. Seems like really good quality, so I felt like I got a lot for my money. The pans are non-stick that seems to be of great quality. Washing was very easy. Leftover cake slid right off. The non-stick seems very durable, although as with anything non-stick I would absolutely not put anything sharp in it, or any metals and I would not put it in the dish washer. I don't know if it says dishwasher safe but that's risky in my opinion. My pictures make them look dark gray, but they're more of a light to medium gray. The pictures on Amazon are accurate. The corners inside the pan are rounded just a little bit, I think it's just right. Easy to get food out, pretty shape. The lids are a little bit hard to snap on and off, but I found that if I pull on one of the corners the lid comes off pretty easily. So it's not a negative for me. You do have to snap on somewhat firmly, no problem for most adults but could be difficult for a child or for people with pain in hands or arms. I just fit one end on and press down on both corners of the other end and they snap on. And then they stay on very well also. A couple of small gripes, just small ones and not enough to remove a star: If you want to transport them, lids on and one on top of the other, the top one slides off pretty easily as there's nothing really to hold it in place. It's not like certain tupperware containers that sit securely on top of each other. The non-stick is very slick, and the lid is very smooth and kinda slick as well. But not really a big deal and I wouldn't count it as a flaw. One more thing to be aware of is that there are some notches on either end of the lids under the handles, that probably helps to lock it onto the pan, and the corners on these notches are quite sharp. See picture. You can get an uncomfortable scratch or poke, but they're not going to cut you to bloods probably. Just watch out for them. Love this pan to cook in! Line with parchment or foil and keep this pan in pristine condition for years to come. I would hand wash the lid because if the it is put in dishwasher, it may warp with heat and not be useful.
