The Original Bundt pan can be used for many Bundt recipes or pull-a-part bread or monkey bread as well as being a great jello mold. Pan measures 10.5 inches in diameter and is 3.8 inches in height. The pan capacity holds 12 cups. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. Made in America of domestic and imported materials. This is a very nice pan. So sad that I was sent a used pan that was all scratched up inside. Sent it back the next day. Liked the pan so much that I took the chance and ordered another one. Hopefully this one be in new condition, if not, I will have to buy one at my local store so I can see exactly what I am purchasing. Love the bronze color. Being all scratched up (deep gouges) is the reason for 3 stars. **Just received my replacement pan and I am more than happy. The pan is in perfect condition. I did not receive the same quality pan today that others have used in the past and rave about. The one I received bore a deep, approximately 1 centimeter long chip in the rim that was sharp enough to cut. It also had noticeable scratches on the interior surface. Who knows what happened. I can not fault the seller or shipper, though, for the generally uneven and unattactive surface of this cast pan. The rim was pimply and rough. Not a pan I would want to handle much with my bare hands. I was suprised because, to my recollection, none of the Nordic Ware pans I have handled in the past looked or felt like that.... Partly because I am in disbelief over the quality of the pan, I am promptly returning it for a replacement. If I get a better pan, I will happily eat my words along with the perfectly-formed cake I hope comes out of it. Updated (1/1/15): The replacement pan I received from Amazon is of far better quality than the first. It has made it through a holiday season and turned out some nice cakes. The pan cooks the cakes well inside and out and releases cakes easily. The pan does need to be cleaned carefully with warm soapy water, but it is not impossibly hard. I prefer bundts with a well defined design, so I do not mind cleaning the creases of this pan. I have raised my rating from two stars to four stars. I may update again if the pan begins to stick over time as others have warned, but I hope it will not come to that. Right now, I am pleased. ... show more
