I can't figure out what to not like about this chair. I was leery about ordering a large piece of furniture on line, but it all worked out nicely and It is an awesome product. Delivery was really fast (5 days) and it was during the Christmas holiday. It came in two large boxes. One must weigh a hundred pounds(?) as I needed a hand truck to get it into the house. Assembly was easy but if you are old you should have a helper. Got it located and assembled. Plugged it in and everything worked!! Great lumbar support. My previous chair even when new had very poor support and was too soft. Extended foot rest is really important if you 6 ft or taller. Cup holders are a nice plus but be careful when using the lift assist if you have a drink in your holder as when the chair tips your drink can splash out if near full. Two huge side pockets, one on either side are a bonus, plus a small remote pocket on the front of each arm rest. Heat and massage are nice but I am not into all that vibration. Well built quality product. Color was true to what is shown on the Amazon site. I ordered the gray one and it blends in nicely with my living room decor. I highly recommend this chair if you are big and tall, although it is not listed as a big and tall product. It fits me nicely and I am 6'2" and weigh 220. The engineering design team got everything right on this chair.

Beautiful chair. Arrived promptly and extremely well packaged (so important in this age of package abuse by delivery services). Well made and beautiful leather type fabric (my husband got the brown). Now that it is all set up, all features work well. Now, why only 4stars then? The back “KD slides” were missing. That is the female part that the male straight metal slides into. We were able to buy a set from an Amazon vendor (inexpensive) and now have a lovely, functional chair. Obviously poor quality control here. From reviews for this business, we are not the first to have this problem and Amazon customer service cannot help with parts. Returning the chair was not an option (old people and super heavy chair!). Yay for my handy husband!

I’m only on week 2, so will come back and update this in a few months. Assembly = easy / straightforward, took me maybe 30 mins and that included carrying the boxes up a flight of stairs to my apt. Sturdy = yes I’m comfortable that it easily lowers and lifts my 300lb & 5foot 8 inch body. Only thing to note is it doesn’t feel as stable if you sit in it the wrong way / side ways with your legs hanging over the arm rest.. Lift mechanism = quiet, slow and steady. It moves at a gentle pace, no risk of being thrown any where and it’s super quiet which is important for apt living. Seat material = sturdy, at first glance it looks like leather. And it’s solid, I have 3 cats with al their claws who have all joined me on the chair. No slices or holes have appeared from them yet. My other furniture is real leather as I need furniture that holds up to pet wear & tear. My total knee surgery is scheduled in 5 weeks, I got this chair so I could have a tall place to sit and get out of makings my first few weeks of recovery easier. And a chair that lays down enough that I could sleep in and elevate my knee. At initial impression this is great! I appreciate the cup holders & side pockets. The hard sided cup holders provide a great surface to push against with my arms to help lower and raise my self from the chair. And it’s comfortable enough that I have already had 2 naps in it. I’m breaking it in so by the time I have surgery it will be comfortable and I will be used to it.

Recliner arrived a day early. After two days, I am very pleased with the quality, appearance, and function of this chair. I recommend and would purchase this chair again. I'm 80. One of two boxes was heavy but just opened and brought in pieces; I slid base on small rug. Assembly was obvious and took 15 minutes.

My husband needed a chair that was easy to get out of. This chair is firm enough that he has no problems getting up from it and the lift part will be nice later. He sleeps in the chair and finds it comfortable. The massage is more like a vibration. He likes it, I don’t.
