The color and the Olefin weave fabric is super nice. Nicely made spines. The crank is metal as is the pole. The top is vented. There us ametal cotter pin lock on the shaft AND a velcro ended tie for around the umbrella when closed.

The size and tilt options of the umbrella provide good shade for our patio seating. The operation to open and close is smooth and quick. It feels stable and holds promise for a long life. One other thing worth mentioning with this 10 foot umbrella if you are short in stature, reaching the tilt button is a bit challenging. I need to use a small step stool or enlist the help of a taller person. I need to update based on the fade I have experienced in just a matter of weeks. Looking through reviews, I noticed I am not the only one to now have a dusty pink umbrella 🙁. What I don’t understand is that some customers have commented they are pleased that their umbrella has shown no sign of fade…. Perhaps just a bad batch of fabric??? Though still pleased with the overall quality, I am disappointed in the color. I have a lounge chair cushion of the same color as the umbrella was that has been out in the summer sun for 4 years now with no fading. I had expected the same from the umbrella. ... show more

Purchased in late June 2021. By the end of the summer it was completely faded from brick red. Stored inside over winter and pulled out in June 2022. By the end of August 2022 the canopy separated from the frame at the top (approximately six months of use). The umbrella was in the open position only when in use. I'm disappointed in the canopy quality and wouldn't buy this one again even though the frame seems well made. UPDATE: Customer Service reached out and offered to replace or refund acknowledging a problem with the material fading and stating they were using a different material now. I opted for a refund because they didn't have a color available that worked for me. 3 Year Guarantee on fading is a plus and hopefully the new material is less likely to separate around the top stitching. We like the quality for the price. The umbrella is easy to set up and the orange color looks great with aloe vera bloom. Added features that it tilts and cranks up and down. Support pin to hold umbrella up takes strain off line that raises umbrella. Would recommend for your patio table.

I'm updating my review from a 2 to an overall 4 star. The customer service from wikiwiki is a 5-star, without question. They are unlike any company I've worked with, in trying to solve your issue. Although they didn't have the exact color I wanted in stock, they were able to accommodate my request and I had replacement umbrellas in my hands days after we made contact. Amazing. Would not hesitate in trusting them again in the future I bought one of these three-tiers to start, and initially everything was what I had hoped for and expected. Color looked good, and the wind moved right through them. So, I purchased a second one. But it didn't take long for the color to fade on both of them. I'm talking like two months. They only received direct sunlight for a few hours a day. And these are in the mountains, so it's never even gets in to the 90's. Disappointed because they are advertised to be fade resistant for three years. ... show more
