I just got this chair Dec 16, I was perfectly pleased with the color I ordered, (Ivory) It is beadutiful so far everything is working perfectly. I am very happy with it. It didn't seem to be a big problem for my son to set it up either. Again, the Ivory color is beautiful I could have payed alot more for a lift chair, but I chose this one and I am very very happy!

This chair is nice and what I needed until it doesn't work anymore. I only had this chair 2 months and the lift recliner went out. The manufacturer gave me the run around. Thank God I purchase Asurion protection on it.

Please consider these Upgrades*Overall the recliner is quality! Upgrades should include; moving massage elements higher upward towards back shoulder area, extending the length of the leg/foot platform to accommodate people who are taller with longer legs.

The chair is great, we’ll made, comfortable and looks good. However……..instructions that come with it and the on line video are not accurate. We thought that the remote that controls movement of the chair position was missing. After several emails back and forth they sent us a replacement. Trying to figure out how to hook that up was a mystery. Finally my husband tipped the chair over to view the underside and with a flashlight found a place where it should go, but there was already something wired to it. Followed the wire and by golly that remote was ther all along in the side pocket of the chair. Nothing in instructions or the video to indicate this. We felt stupid. The thing is that the remote that controls the heat/massage you have to hook up yourself and it’s packaged with the other parts you have to hook up. So just be AWARE That one remote might be in the chair side pocket. We are returning the extra remote the company sent us. They don’t seem to know their product very well.
