Used for closet organization of leggings and tees. Kinda of like an adult version of the weekly clothes cubbies for kids. Cubbies are large enough to comfortably fit a set of tshirt and leggings. Would prefer some extra duty stitching at the top but seems to be holding up for now with all cubbies filled with an outfit each.

“B-” for structure; “C” for durability. I ordered this product to help organize the chaos of the “shoe closet” and made it a project for my 2 grandkids (8 & 5). When I ordered the hanging shoe organizer, I knew I would be putting kids size shoes in it. I wanted something with cubbies for each pair and would be durable for them to keep their shoes organized. This product works for their size. However… as you see in one of my pictures, it came apart very easily… and I had to discuss how they have to be careful and easy when taking out and putting in their shoes. A lot to ask of an 8 and 5 year olds. I don’t see this product lasting too long. I did sew the broken part together but with anything canvas… it’s subject to fray and pull apart. May have to decommission that cubby. Overall this is a good product… that won’t probably last long… perhaps if nobody touches it and or nobody is close to be “rough” when using. But the shoes are organized, off the floor, and easier for the kids to see their shoes and find them. I definitely couldn’t use this for adult size shoes and the organizer does take up space. I would have preferred one that hangs sideways, so the closet space could be used more efficiently. Ooh. And still going to need something for boots and bigger sized shoes. But that’s a project for another day.

I love this show organizer. We used to keep our shoes in a pile near the front door. With 2 toddlers, finding matching shoes was not simple. I took all the coats out of the hall coat closet and put this in there. Coats were relocated to each person's bedroom closet. Shoes are put on right before leaving and put away when we get home. Using this organizer, I have the kids shoes on the bottom rows and the adult shoes on the upper rows. Everyone can find and put away their own shoes! It's also teaching the kids to keep after their own belongings. Another thing I like it for is to keep the shoes they will grow into, so I can see what the kids have or don't have. There have been times I bought the next size to wear at a good price and then forgot about it because it was put away. I don't keep all the adult shoes in it, just the most used shoes. It has really helped keep our shoes in the proper place and probably so helped keep the floors cleaner.

Following exhaustive research on other storage methods, this unit prevailed. A few things to consider: 1. Dress shoes fit one only to a compartment. 2. Longer high heels fit one only to a compartment. 3. The hangars should have one washer each which installs on the hangar inside the top insert hole. 4. This unit, when filled, could weigh upwards of 30 pounds or more. If filled with dress shoes only, the weight could exceed 40 pounds. Result: the rack on which this thing hangs better be securely installed or the shoe weight will rip it off the wall or break a cross rod. None of this happened with my unit, but I could see where it might happen with a flimsy clothes rack. Beyond all this, the unit cannot be beat. Sturdy, quality construction. No floor space occupied. Out of sight, out of mind. Don't even think about the cost -- it's worth ever red cent. Make closet space available, even if don't have it to start. The result will more than compensate.

Product is constructed with canvas fabric and edged with recycled fabric tape. There are 3 hooks with washers to assemble for hanging. If storing bulky gym shoes, each shoe should have its own cube. Sandals are able to share a cube. Cubes are roughly 5 1/4" W x 4 1/2" L x 11 1/4" D. The shoe shelves as a total are roughly 17" W x 11 1/4" D and hang from top of hooks to the bottom edge at 52" L. The shipping was quick as it was shipped from Illinois [product source] to Wisconsin [for packing], then back to Illinois my location. The product cost was $28, anything over $35 would be a questionable price at this current date. I am very pleased with the product and quick shipping.

I had high hopes for this organizer, its very neat,sturdy,and compact but the cubies are so tiny! Its okay if your shoe is womens 7 or smaller rhen tou can fit a pair of shoes in a cubby just barely. It is not big enough to effectively store mens shoes. My husband wears a size 10 and i had to do 1 shoes per cubby in order to make it work. Definitely not ideal. Its great for people that wear small sizes though.
