The scent to me has plum and amber with a slightly sweet soft powdery floral vibe - a little like violets and jasmine. Yet it isn't overpowering or cloyingly sweet. There is some spice/warmth in it - amber and sandalwood - that are faint enough to be mysterious instead of loud. No musk in it but it's very sensual. There is a hint of benzoin, leaves, honey,and vanilla. Maybe a tiny hint of citrus but not astringent. It lasts all day on my skin, gets a little sweeter with time but never syrupy. Love the smell of this perfume! I don't like super strong scents and can tolerate this one. Love that it comes in this size, makes it easy for storage and travel. I think the smell fades within a few hours, but maybe that's because I use a very tiny amount or just become used to it.
