The only issue is, I have 3 tortoise shell kitties, and they know how to get into things, and open fridge and get into boxes. The locking mechanism for this is not lock proof. Yes it will prevent the door from swinging out, but my 3 cats will just figure out how to swing the door the other way to get out. But it works like it says and good product ... show more

    • This product is fantastic
This product is so incredible! I installed it in 15 minutes. The only issue I have is the cat door is a little sticky so I took the furry tape off and it opens and closes much easier.

    • Cat can break through

Fits well but cat can escape through the lock and it is also challenging to lock. I have to try multiple times to get it to lock.

Super easy to install with the spring-loaded top! Then used the knobs to make it sit tight. Gonna be great for our cat that likes this window...she'll enjoy the fun present! (And we'll enjoy not letting her in and out). We liked the bronze, but white would look good too and blend in better with a white window. Make sure you get the measurements right! The first window I tried to put it in was too short (just barely under 34") but thankfully this window worked too. ... show more
