They are very clear and heavier than the cheap plastic ones making them look very elegant and expensive. I purchased these to hang on my front door. I heard somewhere that flys and bees get confused when they see many reflections of themselves and will fly away. These crystals that reflect light seems to detour bugs from coming around. The amount of flys coming into my place has substantially decreased. 4 or 5 to only 1.
