I bought this wheelchair back in June 2025 because I needed a lightweight chair to travel with my son who is mobility impaired. This chair has been so much more than what I expected. It has been reliable, durable, and honestly a blessing for our family. I have even sat in the chair myself and it held my weight of over 190 without any issue. When my son used his old wheelchair, it was so large that it wouldn't fit in medical transport taxis. This one fits anywhere. It doesn’t take up much space and is extremely easy to maneuver. Traveling with my son has become so much easier because of this chair. I do wish it came with a 5 point seat belt, but I purchased one separately and made it work for his needs. It worked exceptionally well. The chair is simple to open and fold, and very comfortable for him. The cushions are great, the backrest supports him nicely, and it even holds the weight of his backpack without tipping or struggling. At the airport it made everything quick and smooth. He moved through so easily and comfortably. We love this chair and I am so happy with this purchase. The price was great and since my insurance wouldn’t cover a new one yet, this came to us at the perfect time. Setup was effortless because there was nothing to assemble. Just open and close. It is perfect. Do not wait, buy it.

On the first use it felt like it was loose and that it could break with any stepping stone on the ground. By verifying every bolt and nut and retightening the loose ones it became what was advertised. Now it is a solid lightweight travel wheelchair. Now after 2 month uf usage I can say with certainty that this product is a foldable Ultra Lightweight wheelchair with a solid construction and fully recommend it. I have taken my mom everywhere and she likes to be transported in it. She say it is comfortable. Also from the operator, usually me, standpoint it is easy to push and easy to handle and maneuvers in any type of floors, rugs or roads. It fits through most door.

I’ve been using this transport chair for my grandmother for about a month now, and it has been a great purchase. It’s lightweight but still feels very sturdy and well-made. One of my favorite features is how easily it folds up almost like a stroller which makes it convenient to store and transport. It’s also a huge improvement over the worn-out hospital wheelchairs we used to have to borrow. This chair feels much more comfortable and personal. I especially appreciate the design—it allows for a more natural, modest sitting position, which is important for older women who don’t want to feel exposed or uncomfortable. Another big advantage is how narrow it is it fits easily through doorways in our home, at church, and in doctors’ offices without any hassle. For such a nominal price, it has really given my grandmother a sense of freedom and ease when getting around. We’ve been so pleased with it that friends have already asked to borrow it for their own elderly family members. Overall, this is a practical, reliable, and thoughtfully designed chair that I would definitely recommend.

This chair does exactly what we wanted and what my mother needed: comfortable, light-weight, easily portable. It's the envy of the staff at the skilled nursing where she stays. Only problem I've run into is one of the brake locks wasn't locking down tight enough, and darned if I can find any sort of instructions or non-Amazon presence online for Softfish. I eventually found a video on adjusting "Cable-Type Brakes (Common on Handles)" that was close enough to the Softfish set-up to use. So mildly frustrating, but certainly made up for by the solid construction and utility of this chair.

Brakes didn’t work. Is big problem to return it because I have to pay 150.00 dollar shipping back the wheelchair, because is third party seller I you don’t want a problem order on Amazon prime , make sure is not third party seller.
