  • May not fit thru bathroom doors or even hallways if you have a trailer house
Style: Wheelchair
Lightweight, sturdy, comfortable and a GREAT value for a bariatric wheelchair. Very durable and easily maneuvered. Functions easy and folds easy. The drawback is not so much with the chair but houses, and unless you live in one with extra wide doors this wheelchair will not fit through a bathroom door, a front door to the house and in some cases for smaller houses/trailers, it will not fit through the hallways. We keep the bariatric walker at the beginning of the hallway as the wheelchair is too wide. This is a good quality wheelchair and I'd recommend it to anyone who is plus sized or who the 'normal' 16 inch wheelchair is not comfortable when sitting. ... show more

  • Good for bigger people.
Style: Wheelchair
If you’re looking for a wide wheelchair, they definitely are not lying when they say this is. It’s heavy duty and definitely a nice one. Unfortunately it was too wide for me so I just donated it to a company that provides the use of medical equipment to people that can’t buy it or don’t need it for long-term. ... show more

  • Well made, sturdy and wide enough to fit a large man (300 lbs.)
Style: Wheelchair
I bought this for my dad. He is a large man and can no longer walk long distances. This chair is just what we needed! It is big enough for him to sit comfortably, yet easy enough for me to push. It is sturdy and well made. It's also easy to fold and unfold for storage in a trunk. This has allowed my dad to continue to go to outside activities with us like sporting events, family gatherings, shopping, and more! Because it is wider than a normal wheel chair, it is a very tight squeeze in some doorways. However, any building that is ADA compliant, this chair fits thorugh the doors just fine. Also, because it is larger than a normal wheel chair, it is heavier, so if you can't lift heavy objects, you may need help getting it in and out of a car trunk. ... show more

  • Nice strudy wheelchair for large heavy person
Style: Wheelchair
This a nice product at a reasonable price. Although I rarely use a wheelchair unless I know that I will have to walk very far, or stand for very long, the times that I used this I was not disappointed with the purchase. It looks decent and appears to be very well designed and built. While it fits folded in the back of my 4Runner, it is however pretty heavy to get in and out of the car. I have no regrets purchasing it and believe I made a good choice as I needed one in a hurry to attend a funeral service where there was no available seating at the cemetery. It folds nicely and can be tucked away standing up in the corner of the house. ... show more

  • WARNING!!! AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COST!!! IT COULD BE MORE THAN JUST A SORE BUTT!!! WARNING!!!
Style: Wheelchair
What a disappointment this has been! Within three weeks of receiving this product it was falling apart! It says that it is capable of up to 500 pounds. Not sure how when at 320 pounds the bottom is ripping away from the screws. And i mean the seat is ripping away from the screws holding the leather in place. In other words the seat has pulled away and is falling to the floor. It can no longer be used. To add insult to injury Medline was contacted on September 14 by email and phone and i have still not heard a word from them! Amazon has done nothing at all either!! This has been the worst company that i have ever worked with. This is the third chair I have purchased. The first is still going, just slowly wearing down after 20+ years.I cant remember the brand, not Medline and it is still being used at our cabin. The second is fantastic also! It is made by Invacare and all of the tags are still intact on the product. It is left in our vehicles so we don't have to lift it in and out as much. It is 13 years old and still looks and works great! Then we have Medline, the most expensive of the three and it was purchased on August 11, 2025. It was retired on September 12, 2025. It is now sitting in a closet for repair? Looks? Trash? At the rate things are going, Medline must just destroy their products after three months. By January 1, 2026 I will be contacting the attorney general because this is an extreme safety hazard, especially for an aging adult who could be unaware of a dangerous situation. Thank God that wasn't for us. So I would advise anyone needing a wheelchair to avoid Medline and even Amazon for that matter because neither company has any interest in standing behind their product!!! PLEASE USE THIS AS YOUR WARNING!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST TO BE SAFE!!! ... show more

  • Be careful of return policy but not a bad deal all the same!
Style: Wheelchair
Some are better than others. Had one where the left arm snaped off 46 days after purchasing but still gets me around the house without any issues. Not too crazy about seller's return policy. But still great for inside/outside use.
