First, I have to confess that I am not a fan of microfiber...or any type synthetic fabric for bedding. I'm a natural fiber snob. But I needed a "comforter" set in this color, I needed it quickly, and I had a strict price range to work with. Then this showed up on my Vine feed...what's not to like? All of that to say, that I am generally pleased with the quality and appearance of this set. My photo shows it as it emerged from its vacuum sealed packaging...so it isn't crisply ironed yet. I'll get around to that! I'm impressed with how well sewn this seems to be and the fact that it has 3 very nicely sized pillow shams. It is soft and smooth, lightweight and easy to take on and off the bed. I think it would be particularly nice in a child or teen's room. I chose the dark gray color, but I admit to having been tempted to choose the white. That would make a lovely fresh feeling room. Anyway, I'm glad to have this set, and I deem it a decent value purchase. Oops...Addendum here: I forgot the Dust Ruffle... I don't do Dust Ruffles, but if you do, this one drapes softly. It isn't stiff and "poufy." I'm using the whole set on a regular twin bed and not on a day bed. It is a bit small for this bed, but still works for my needs. ... show more
