I decided to try this snow shovel out today 1 19 2026 during a big snowstorm here in MICHIGAN, when I started using it we had between 6-12 inches of snow due to blowing and drifting, sometimes MUCH more. I was amazed at how well this snow shovel worked. I wasn't expecting much but it worked even better than our electric snow blower. The cord was a little bit of a pain at times but only because it ate up the snow like a hot butter knife, so I was quickly at the end of the cord. But compared to shoveling it was not terrible. I was happy as it saved me a ton of work. I cleared off two long sidewalks one 20feet and another 35ft. Went in between three cars, plus 2) 12 x 30ft parking areas. Then I was unfortunate to hit a short hose that had been left on the side of the parking pad. It got all wound up in the spinner... my husband says he might be able to take it apart and get it out but if not, I am going to buy another because it really worked well. I am a 55-year-old woman, and I found it easy to use, lift and maneuver. Did some snow blow in my face?? Yes, when I was blowing into the wind... but that is to be expected. Did it come with a CORD NO of course not... DUH, you need to buy a long extension cord. They are relatively cheap at Menards... I consider this little shovel tremendously powerful and a good value for the money. would definitely recommend this product. ... show more

    • Performs well, but not the "Holy Grail" for snow removal.
Pretty much what I expected, no surprises. Only plan on using it in small areas and it should be fine for that. It feels heavy and awkward to handle. Shoots snow straight up, not forward. No directional adjustment. Cord is a pain, but never run out of power. "Rufus" indicated that it was good on gravel. Instructions say do not use on gravel. Some parts will need replacing with use. It was a good way to test whether I would like this. I think I will just stick to a regular snow shovel. ... show more

    • Good little power shovel
This little power shovel is a really good size and it is not very heavy. The assembly was pretty easy, but the lower bolt on the shovel shaft is a little tricky since you have to maneuver it around the internal electrical cord. Ready for snow!

I've only used this once in about 4-6 inches of fluffy snow. As expected, it performed like a champ. I bought a corded shovel because I didn't want to be limited by battery life. Easy to use and it didn't hurt my pressure treated deck. I cannot comment on wet or frozen snow: i expect this shovel's performance to be affected by those factors but likely not very different from comparable competitive products. Like using an upright vacuum for the snow and instead of vacuuming it blows it in the direction you're pushing. Great tool, easy to use, back saver and quickly clears a path and driveway.

    • sort of works
i hate shoveling snow, so i was excited to try one of these out. i had actually ordered a battery powered Worx one, but it is stuck in PA and due to the DC snow storm, no idea when it will arrive, so i ordered as i needed something for the storm. overall, it does work, but only so so. pros: - light weight and fairly easy to move around - very easy to operate - no hand fatigue as once the primary trigger is engaged, the safety trigger can be left alone it does throw snow a good distance - never clogged. the outside was covered in snow, but the auger/discharge never once clogged, which was nice as i never had to stop to clean it out cons: - only throws snow in one direction. i managed to rectify this by using it on an angle, but seems silly that they couldnt modify the discharge chute a little - having a cord is tough. i know what i was getting into, but i didnt realize the cord would lock up b/c of the cold which makes it that much harder manage. i also couldnt reach the end of my driveway. again, this was mostly my fault as i knew i was getting a corded one, but i didnt expect this - while it does throw snow, it has a hard time getting down to the pavement. basically, it leaves a layer of snow behind and then ends up compacting it b/c you end up pushing it down so it doesnt slide around. i definitely didnt expect this. - all plastic primary parts (auger and ground scraping pad). i am assuming this was done for weight, so that makes sense, but still, would have been nicer to have a little more metal. ... show more

    • Corded Version Snow Shovel - Great Buy
Powerful and very good quality construction. I used the recommended 12 awg gauge extension cord since it draws 1800 watts through the power cord. Very easy to assemble. It’s great for pathways and steps. Has a bit of weight to it, but that’s actually a good thing. Lacks a diverter and only blows snow forward but it’s strong enough that it blows it at least 12ft away. I registered it and sure I’ll have peace of mind bc backed by a Westinghouse warranty. ... show more
