This 90,000 BTU propane burner with dual controls is the kind of thing you buy once and then wonder how you ever lived without it. With serious firepower, it can boil a full stock pot in minutes—corn, shellfish, giant batches of pasta, you name it. My indoor stove is officially jealous. It’s not for backpacking unless you plan to burn through 1 lb propane bottles faster than a teenager through pizza. Pair it with a 20-pound tank (I use a 40-pound one) and it’s unstoppable. Assembly was straightforward — a wrench and a long-stem lighter, unless you enjoy singed knuckle hair. The dual flames are adjustable for a clean, hot burn; tiny twists can mean the difference between “gentle simmer” and “oops, a bit too much!!!” The higher settings? Linear, totally powerful, totally awesome. Take a sheet of 18-22ga aluminum and wrap it around the burner to reduce wind resistance, or deal with the flame ducking and dancing around. It’s sturdy, heavy enough to stay put, but still portable enough for camping trips or backyard events. I’ve fried fish, boiled crab, brewed enough coffee for an army, and even simmered spaghetti sauce all day without turning my kitchen into a sauna. Verdict: If you need real heat outdoors, this is your new best friend. Just keep it fed with a big propane tank and watch it work its magic.

Llamaviva 90,000 BTU Wok & Outdoor Cooking Burner – Heavy Heat, Solid Build, But Documentation Flaws Keep It From Perfection... This Llamaviva 90,000 BTU portable propane burner looks the part and, in many ways, plays it well y'know. It’s got the raw firepower for authentic wok searing, crawfish boils, and serious campsite cooking — the kind of heat you’ll never coax out of your kitchen stove there. The cast iron frame feels rugged, the included 0–20 PSI regulator and 5.9ft hose are quality, and portability is excellent for its size and output hey. But here’s where it stumbles: the documentation is sloppy, and that’s a red flag for gear in this category. YAH. The product page literally lists “Fuel Type: Gasoline” — and while no sane person is going to hook this thing up to unleaded, it’s a careless error on an otherwise promising outdoor cooking tool. If they can’t get the spec sheet right, what else slipped past QC there? You gotta watch that QC. Assembly is straightforward if you’ve built burners before, but newcomers could find themselves second-guessing steps — there’s just not enough visual or written guidance for a product that can pump out this much heat. And with no self-igniter, you’ll need to keep a lighter handy y'know. Once running, though, it’s a beast: quick ignition (once lit manually), stable flame control, and enough BTUs to turn a 14-inch carbon steel wok into a stir-fry inferno. The portability is a genuine plus — 18 lbs, small footprint, toss it in the RV or trunk and you’re cooking anywhere. Bottom line: if you know your way around outdoor propane gear, this is a powerful, well-priced option that delivers on heat and portability. If you’re new to this level of flame, the confusing spec sheet and sparse instructions mean you’ll want to proceed with caution. CAUTION — YAH. Pros: Huge heat output, sturdy build, compact for transport, quality regulator and hose. Cons: Misleading “gasoline” spec, sparse instructions, no built-in igniter. This is a four star deal there. ⭐ Rating: 4 stars– Strong performance, but sloppy documentation keeps it out of 5-star territory.

This thing is incredible! I wasn’t expecting it to be this well made and this powerful. Great value for a very useful burner. It was easy to put together, 4 steps and easy to figure out by looking at the pictures. You will need a 5/8” wrench, a 3/4” wrench, and a Phillips screwdriver. You also need to light it with a lighter so I highly recommended getting one of those long stem lighters unless you enjoy the smell of burnt knuckle hair….I don’t. It wasn’t difficult to figure out how to regulate the flame and power. You can get it to a perfect blue burn by adjusting the air outlet where the propane line connects. There is also a red dial at the tank connection that regulates the gas flow. Take a few minutes to try a few settings, turn slowly and you’ll get the hang of it. I mainly got this for cooking for camping or power outages. It’s really convenient and powerful. Very well made. I did remove the gas line and the cover to store it back in the box. I am very happy with this purchase.

Already rusting in the box, unused yet. I had gotten this to use outdoors to heat water in large pots to process fowl when the time comes (when the weather cools) and the item is already rusting in the box (stored in a carport tent, in an area with high humidity). Not sure what.to expect regarding longevity/ value for the cost.

I'm pretty happy with this. It was well packaged and arrived as promised. In the box was a collapsible water bag too. I don't remember that being in the description but it will come in handy. This burner does require some assembly of the gas line and the shroud. I put a little teflon tape on the gas fitting that connects the burner to the hose. Otherwise I put it together in about 5 minutes using the multitool I had in my pocket. It came with a simple one page instructuion sheet that was easy to follow and complete. Once it was together I took it outside and hooked it up to the grill tank. I made a very nice robust flame which is what you need to do a seafood boil of a turkey fry. I doubt if I'll need to buy another one because I think this will last a long time. Good value for the price and glad I ordered it.
