OK, I don't think it's quite 100k but, but this is amazing. I would guess it can push 60k btu and that's much hotter than I need for "wok hei" cooking. I cook all my chinese food on this thing, because it comes out with that beautiful deep and smokey cantonese flavor. Sure, you can get better for big bucks, but for the price? Unbeatable! It's more heat than I'll ever need. One of my best purchases.

It's simple and effective When you turn it on for the first time the paint emits a chemical odor, so make sure to run it in a well ventilated area until it burns off. Otherwise the grill does the job.

The price is cheap, but the quality is terrible. The unit arrived deformed, and one of the wind panels has holes drilled in the wrong place, making it impossible to assemble properly. It does work and can light up, so I kept it, but I wouldn’t recommend buying it. Also, the water bag was missing from the package.

Decent burner, but the gap between the burner and grate is too small. I'm going to use the burner on a better stand that came with a turkey fryer kit with all the pots and pans, but the burner is trash. Total investment = totaly worth it. The regulator and hose work fine, the hose is very flexible in a good way.

Very well built. Frame is complete and done very professionally. Just add on a few parts (takes 5 minutes) and your ready to start cooking. I like the fact that it is small while also being very sturdy. 5 stars ***** I just used it to burn off the factory coating on a 14 inch wok. The wok reached a temperature of just under 1000 F during this process.
