The media could not be loaded. True customer Independent review, I was not paid for my review, I did not get this item free in exchange for my honest review. So my daughter and I at 4 am were putting the blanket on the bed because mom aka bruh couldn’t do it alone because of disability and can’t sleep without heat to relieve some of the pain. It took both of us to pull it out of the box (probably because Bruh is weak lol) We opened the vacuum seal bag immediately got excited because it looked so soft. We pulled the blanket out and immediately I knew this blanket would be thick and super soft. It was folded in to fours. Set it in the middle of the bed but Bruh had to flip it over and make sure it was perfectly set on her hospital bed. Setting up: the first plug in was easily located. We connected everything and turned it on. The second plug seemed hidden and took some time to find it tucked inside the blanket which also proves how thick this blanket is or it shows Bruh needs some coffee lol Heating: it has 10 heat settings and up to 12 hr timer. By the time we were done setting up the blanket and I got coffee because at 4:15 am and after all that Bruh might as well stay up. The blanket was warm. Not too hot not too cold just like little bears porridge. Bruh climbs in the bed and cozies down for a short summers nap. Value? Definitely worth what I paid OMG yes (if 1,000,000 people send me a dollar I’ll send you instructions on how to raise 1 million dollars and I’ll buy more of these. Will definitely be Bruh’s go to replacement. Size? It’s definitely the size to leave a little extra on the sides of the bed Portability? Bruh ain’t movin this off the bed lol ~until we meet again

I am really impressed with the blanket. First, it warms up like it is supposed to quickly and evenly. Second, when the extra heat is not needed, the blanket is warm and toasty as just a blanket. I like the feel of the fleece-type lining and it is the right size for use in my reclining chair. Unfortunately, my cat does not like it. Probably because laying on top of the blanket when it is heating is not comfortable (the manual says to avoid doing that).

Well I’m very anemic so this blanket is very important to me. I chose this company due to the reviews. Today one of the cords had an error code of “E” now only one side of my blanket heats up. Having an error code after only 2 months is very disappointing to me. **UPDATE** The manufacturer contacted me and they backed their product up and is sending me a replacement blanket. I really appreciate the fast response time and friendly customer service they provided.

It's one of those things where you are satisfied with the purchase, to share it. I've only had it a few days. So I can't speak to its longevity. But it's very soft and warm, and you can't feel the wires embedded inside the plush blanket. It comes with 2 wired remotes, one for each side/partner. Each has a temp control and timer. It's not winter yet, and therefore I'm not sure how well it will perform then. However I think it will work fine. It seems a waste to heat an entire floor to a comfort level when you're fast asleep (not moving about). So I figured I would dial down the HVAC heat by say 4 degrees from a comfort level. And use the blanket to compensate. I'm pretty sure this will be effective in keeping me warm and also reducing the heat bill. I do cover the blanket with another comforter to prevent heat loss. And it feels warm and snugly. I highly recommend it.

This blanket is really soft. My husband and I both like it. He would rather have a controller that stays lit so he could see the setting. I would also like that option, but it's not a deal breaker for me. The deal breaker for me is that the blanket controller automatically preheats every time it's turned on. I'm up and down during the night. Sometimes I'm hot, sometimes I'm cold. If I turn the blanket off because I'm hot, and then need to turn it back on later because the room has gotten a little chilly, I don't have the option of turning it on at a 2, for instance. It goes on at full heat. So I have to let all of the warmth of the bed escape so that I don't roast when I turn the blanket back on. That means I can't sleep for a while until the temperature gets better. It just doesn't work for me. My husband usually uses the blanket just to warm up his side before he gets in and then turns it off, so he doesn't have an issue with it... yet. It is also confusing to need to set the timer on the controller when turning the blanket on. The first time I used it, I turned it on to 8, and then left the room to let it preheat. Once in bed, it got really cold. It was then that I realized I left the timer at the default 1 hour setting, so the blanket shut off! Sadly, this is going back.
