This is very adjustable to different weights and different setups to target different muscle groups with ease. Okay maybe not so much ease since you do have to swap thing around a lot to get it how you want and sadly only one kettle ball base yet they only gave 4 locks so when using the 2 dumbbell setup you can't also have the kettle ball setup. I would like to see more space saving capabilities since if they just added one more lock and kettle ball base you could have all weights stored and not have to switch things around constantly especially since it does take a minute to unscrew the dumbbell bars from the barbell but it does feel very sturdy and well constructed even with all weights on. The cushioning is very soft and thick so for squats and deadlifts or similar it is comfortable. The plastic grips are the best but they are ergonomic so if you have good gloves then it would be more comfortable in my opinion. The push up stands are plastic grips as well but they do make doing push ups much easier and the weight plates feel well built but nothing crazy fancy and are marked with kgs which does not bother me at all to do a little conversion which now I know it by heart so if anything thank you for not posting pounds but they should update their listing to accurately depict what they show. My biggest irk is that once you settle on a set from 25lbs to 90lbs it appears that you can't buy more weights directly from the same seller which I have not attempted to reach out. This is definitely a good versatile home gym set that will save you tons of space while still having the weight you can use to get some strength building going. I am not sure about arm width and form as to the length of the bar but I question if this is one size fits all since the bar is kind of short compared to most common gym bars but this is light and works perfect for me. I think $70 for a 45 lb versatile set like this is a okay value for the price since you do get a lot of different uses with quality plates but there are other options for cheaper but maybe the quality is enough for this being a compact gym for some quick usage since if I am being lazy I can bust this out and actually get a workout in without leaving my place or rearranging my place too much just to use it. Overall I personally don't want to recommend this one because of the small icks but most definitely would recommend to beginners or any in general who has a tight space they need to work in some workout equipment without skimping on quality.

Straight bar broke after very few workouts. It is held together by glue and are not single pieces. Almost injured myself trying to catch the falling piece slipping out.

This is a great little set to build your own completely customized weight set. If you want to avoid the need to get multiple weights, this is a good option for you. Assembly is as easy as unscrewing the end piece and putting on the desired weight discs. The weight itself seems to be as advertised. Durability seems to be middle of the road- do I think it will last forever? Probably not, but I do think it will hold up reasonably well over time.

For the record, I got the 45lb version. Shipping was a mess. The box was ripped and basically open on my porch. Probably from lack of care from the carrier. The picture of the box I uploaded is exactly how it came. Stuff the box was upside down and when I picked it up, some of the weight stuff was coming out. It was even double-boxed. So, not sure if this is at all an issue with how the seller ships the product. Anyways, The weights are useful. They come with a few 2kg, and even more 1.5kg circular weights. These weights are made out of some kind of plastic 9fill with sand or something), not metal. One thing I hate is that these weights are in kg, and not lbs. If they were both that would be fine, but when you sell your product in lbs, but the weights themselves are in kg, it's pretty annoying. They are definitely multi-functional though. You can make a couple kettle ball-like weights with the 2 handles. You can also put the weights on 2 of the cylindrical objects with twisties on them (my technical terms are terrible) to make dumbbell weights. They can also combine with the more foamy-grip thing (in the middle in my third picture) to make a barbell. Mind you, since the weights are only in 1.5 to 2kg, it can be take a long time to get to the weight you want. Overall, I think these are good for beginners who need something budget-friendly. You do more labor for the price (because you have to keep moving the weights around to change to do different things), but if you think of it as part of your workout, or you don't change them often, then it's not so bad! Maybe the higher-weight ones come with heavier weights. Regardless, adjustments are easy, so it's not that big of a deal. Giving this a 3-stars due to terrible delivery and somewhat false advertising. Good buy for the price though.
