Updated.. already creating rust spots.. idk I hope they can fix this. Coming from someone who has never done anything like this let alone drill holes into my 100k truck this was easy! I was worried about the assembly but that was the easiest part. I will say as many I hate to read directions.

The headache rack is beefy, and it is the design that I wanted. I was looking for a rack to have a round top bar and plate type sides, rather than squared tube. It fit the bill. On my Silverado 2500HD, it was somewhat difficult to get the front mounting bolt assembly installed due to access. I finally came up with the idea of using a string through the mounting hole and tied to the threaded part of the bolt. I was able to pull the mounting bolt through the hole. I had already drilled a larger hole than needed, so the larger hole may have made pulling the bolt through easier. After mounting all went well. I like the rack. ... show more
