Depending on how often you use your lights, you may need to change the batteries out monthly. They are very lightweight. Broke the arm trying to slide battery compartment open...the mounting screw plastic package was closed in the slide; one of the screws was missing, probably due to half of the package being exposed. The instructions were enclosed in the battery compartment. To read them, you had to get the compartment open. Also no indication that holes in the wall would have to be made, thought it clipped on to the frame. Lousy product. ... show more

    • Cheap, Non Functioning Remote
The product while bright has a nonfunctioning remote (plastic removed) and the led cover falls off EXTREMELY easily. It is cheaply made and required 3 C batteries. The housing of the battery actually gets hot. The biggest issue of the product is that the remote is non-functioning and has a cheap casing that ultimately renders the product useless unless you can easily reach the device to manually turn it on. ... show more
