I have requested a return and am waiting for response. This is a dangerous scooter because the speed control is not smoothe and the seat is weak so that it throws you off backwards. The center of gravity is to high with a footrest that is to narrow for good balance. it comes from China with poorly written instructions and in such small print that you need to use a magnifying glass to see the print. I saved the box and packing material and will need to disassemble. I do not have the ability to send a picture but is brand new without damage.

Amazing scooter. Seriously. I bought this because I don’t have a drivers license. I live close to where I work thankfully. Even so, it’s got great mileage. I live in Indianapolis so local commute with this scooter is very nice. It’s about 60 lbs and I have no problem carrying it up and down my apartment stairs. It’s been reliable for almost a year. I rode it hard so I have had to replace the back tire once. The folding is hard the first few times but you get the hang of it. Me and my fiancé LOVE to ride this up and down our residential roads. I charge it a bit more than I think the average person would, due to it being my way to get to and from work. I love riding this scooter. Definitely get a helmet! I’m 255 lbs and I can get it to go 22 mph. Fully charged, full tires. Incline doesn’t matter at that point. Best purchase I’ve ever made!

Absolutely thrilled with my adult electric scooter purchase! I've been riding this scooter for just over a week now, and caught the attention of many neighbors! Not because it is noisy, because it is not. Not because it is flashy, because it is not, but because it looks like a scooter but enhanced with a SEAT! Yep, I am a grown up, and this scooter has been so much fun to ride! On average, I cruise at about 15 mph, letting up on acceleration to turn corners or circle around. The powerful motor provides a smooth and swift ride, while the long-lasting battery ensures I can go the distance without worry. The breaks are easy to use, and feel very durable. Was very easy to assemble, and is just as easy to collapse and store! What more can you ask for? The headlight comes on automatically, and offers just the right amount of light as I go to and from the mailbox two blocks away. The basket in the back is a really good size & hugs a whole case of 12 Thin Mints perfectly (you know, for size reference of course). I can't wait to ride it to the neighborhood pool,which, as you may know, is impossible to do on a bicycle wearing a wet towel and trying to balance holding a beach bag! My 9 year old had no problem riding it around the block a few times, and enjoyed ringing the little bell on the handlebar. She especially likes the kick stand, which is far less annoying than ANY other kickstand we have used. I agree, because not only is it a very wide and durable kick stand, it actually expands and collapses with zero effort at all (even while wearing Crocs). From its sleek design to its impressive performance, this scooter has exceeded all my expectations. Whether for commuting or leisurely rides, this scooter is a five-star choice for any adult looking for convenience, style, and reliability. I would absolutely recommend this scooter if you could appreciate a fun little boost of getting around. Both fun and functional!!

I’m absolutely loving this scooter! First of all, the design is super stylish. It’s also very comfortable to ride. The frame feels sturdy, and the shock absorption works really well, making it easy to ride on uneven surfaces without any trouble. The folding feature is a game-changer—compact and easy to carry, which is perfect for commuting. The wheels are excellent quality, and the ride is smooth and almost silent. The braking system is quick to respond, making the scooter feel very safe. I’ve been using it for my daily commute, and the speed is just right—not too slow, not too fast—perfect for everyday travel. I am only giving this 2 stars because customer service through the Amazon app was very diligent. About the scooter...Buyer BEWARE... I have wanted a sit down scooter for sometime. I really liked this one. I finally bought it. It was delivered pretty quick. I had it assembled within an hour. The instructions absolutely suck. I had to watch the video on YouTube how to assemble it. I watched one part..put it together...until it was assembled. 1. This scooter did not charge fully after 7 hours. 2. This scooter wobbles when riding. I never rode a scooter before. So I started off at the slowest...it was fine. But on the fast setting...the scooter kept making me feel like I was going to crash...because it was not stable. 3. The brake pads are not on correct...they make a noise constantly. I looked and saw the brake pad rubbing on the rotor. I was nit going to adjust it myself...I thought if I just rode it some...it would go away...I went about 5 miles and still the sound was the same. 4. The max speed This went was 18 mph...not the advertised 22. 5. The fender wire screw was stripped and will not stay in place. 6. The seat is uncomfortable. After the 3 miles..I was numb down in that area... I would recommend looking at all the 1 star reviews and the 2 star reviews first. Additionally...I would like to add...I had trouble returning this because it has a lithium battery which is a fire hazard. If you buy this and have to return it..you will need Fed ex to pick it up at your house...you cannot drop it off..I went to 4 locations...they all refused to accept it...I had no problems with a pick up though.
