Comes with all the tools you need to assemble it and it also comes with a phone holder, pump for the wheels, and a lock to lock the electric scooter. It also can sit two people at once. You can control the speed of the scooter “E” for low speed, “D” for middle speed, and “S” for high speed. It also comes with the charger for you to recharge when ever your out, there is a storage below the second seat for you to put the charger in, in case you need it with you.

Absolutely thrilled with my adult electric scooter purchase! I've been riding this scooter for just over a week now, and caught the attention of many neighbors! Not because it is noisy, because it is not. Not because it is flashy, because it is not, but because it looks like a scooter but enhanced with a SEAT! Yep, I am a grown up, and this scooter has been so much fun to ride! On average, I cruise at about 15 mph, letting up on acceleration to turn corners or circle around. The powerful motor provides a smooth and swift ride, while the long-lasting battery ensures I can go the distance without worry. The breaks are easy to use, and feel very durable. Was very easy to assemble, and is just as easy to collapse and store! What more can you ask for? The headlight comes on automatically, and offers just the right amount of light as I go to and from the mailbox two blocks away. The basket in the back is a really good size & hugs a whole case of 12 Thin Mints perfectly (you know, for size reference of course). I can't wait to ride it to the neighborhood pool,which, as you may know, is impossible to do on a bicycle wearing a wet towel and trying to balance holding a beach bag! My 9 year old had no problem riding it around the block a few times, and enjoyed ringing the little bell on the handlebar. She especially likes the kick stand, which is far less annoying than ANY other kickstand we have used. I agree, because not only is it a very wide and durable kick stand, it actually expands and collapses with zero effort at all (even while wearing Crocs). From its sleek design to its impressive performance, this scooter has exceeded all my expectations. Whether for commuting or leisurely rides, this scooter is a five-star choice for any adult looking for convenience, style, and reliability. I would absolutely recommend this scooter if you could appreciate a fun little boost of getting around. Both fun and functional!!

Mine came slightly damaged, probably during shipping. The included instructions are the worst, but not too difficult to figure out. I use it everyday for about 1/2 mile and it easily lasts 5 days on one charge. I weigh 220# and it will go 22 mph on the flat, slower up hill. I like the front suspension and suspension in the seat support. Overall it feels like a quality unit with a lot of cool features and I’m glad I purchased it.

It is not too heavy, which makes it simple to put in the trunk, and it feels very solid. The speed is fast for me, it's reaching up to 22mph. I also like the safely a red light and turn signal. It's a very convenient and reliable option for short distance.

At first glance, it looks great, but unfortunately, the issues go far beyond appearances. The brakes don’t work properly, and on top of that, they make an annoying noise every time I use them. The scooter occasionally wobbles while riding, which is not only unsettling but also a safety concern. Additionally, the screws meant to attach the baskets don’t even fit—they’re too small for the holes provided. To add to the frustration, one of the straps is already ripped, making it feel cheaply made. And although it claims to have a certain speed, it’s nowhere near accurate in reality. It’s clear that while the scooter looks good on the outside, it’s plagued by a series of small yet critical details that make the experience far more troublesome than it’s worth. I expected much better quality and performance.
