Bought for granddaughter. She’s 11. Came very well packaged. Easy to put together. She loves it. You can set the speed. Has a little light on it and the basket is super cute. Perfect gift for Christmas. Make them wear a helmet though for safety.

Mine came slightly damaged, probably during shipping. The included instructions are the worst, but not too difficult to figure out. I use it everyday for about 1/2 mile and it easily lasts 5 days on one charge. I weigh 220# and it will go 22 mph on the flat, slower up hill. Most important - there is NO customer support for this product. I purchased it for my Daughter for Christmas. She rode it once and charged it as directed. It would not start after the first charge. Searched for the manufacturer to contact customer support with no such luck. Called Amazon to get the company support info - and they advised there isn't a customer support option 😳 so advised me to return it. It seemed like a great scooter until it wasn’t.
