The scooter is easy to assemble. It has different speed modes and comes with long-lasting battery. It is strong and sturdy which helps to support the weight of kids over 12 years old or adult. It is foldable and easy to carry around. The max range after a full charge was 11.5 miles which is very close to the advertised one. The max speed is 19 mph which is pretty fast for a scooter. The ride is smooth even on hills or speed bumps due to a strong performance tires. The look and design are okay, but the quality is above average. I sometimes use it to run errands locally without worrying parking in the city. The weight of it is light so it can fit in the shopping cart during my grocery run.

I received this scooter for ten days and I just left a 5 stars review because I need to use it before I post a review. To be honest, I really love this electric scooter. I tested drive for at least 20 times. I tried to brake at the max speed and it worked so good, the brake acted 100% fast and safe. When I drove by a bump, the shock absorption was really good, I can only feel a little bumpy, totally acceptable. After I charged the battery over night, I can drive the scooter for 2-3 days, 1 hour average per day without losing power. The battery life is good. You also can choose the speed to be slow mode or fast mode. Also, the manufacturer provided an APP that I can download and connect to the scooter, there are so many extra functions, e.g. I like the head light control and lock the scooter by using the APP. Finally, I want to mention one last but not least , the price is really acceptable and worthy.

This was a birthday gift for my 11-year-old daughter. She had it less than four days before it tore up. Not heavy use, not misuse. Four days of a kid being a kid. What followed was somehow more frustrating than the product failure itself. I’ve already shipped the original back and my daughter still has no replacement. Whether she actually gets one depends entirely on when it arrives and how long their end takes to process it. We’re not at the finish line. We’re still waiting. By the time this is resolved, I could have returned it to Amazon, received a full refund, and had a brand new one in her hands long ago. An 11-year-old has been without her birthday present far longer than anyone should have to wait for a product defect that was entirely on the manufacturer. Two stars off for a product that couldn’t survive a week. Two more for a process that punishes the customer for their quality control failure. Buy with caution. When it breaks, and based on my experience, if feels generous, understand that getting a replacement is not a quick or guaranteed process

Right when i got it out of the box I knew it was a pretty good scooter. Right when i got it out i rode it and hit 33 miles per hour 500 w motor is very powerful and fun. scooter tires are good and smooth. I really suggest this scooter for outsiders.

App is easy to use. You can adjust how aggressive the acceleration and deceleration is and track how far you went. Lockability: You can also put it in park mode in the app and there’s enough space by the wheel to fit a bike lock if you want to be extra secure. Headlight is reasonable for night rides. Brakes are easy to adjust by hand. The acceleration is alright, although it fluctuates between 20-21mph and at max speed the range is way less, but that’s to be expected. The screw on the stem was stripped when I bought it, but it came with a spare. Performance: the shocks are durable enough for the uneven sidewalk in my area just slow down for really high things because bunny hopping isn’t recommended. That being said the shocks are pretty durable.

Have done around 200 on this scooter so far in the city and around my college campus. Really good ride quality especially for a scooter without pneumatic tires. So you get good ride quality thanks to the suspension but the tires won't pop. The acceleration is good and even going near top speed I still get 10+ miles of range, so 20 is easily achievable. The app works well enough and the locking feature is nice. I also like that there are drive modes and the electronic braking (kicks in when you tap the brake) works super well. I do wish it also charged the batteries
